Unfortunately it didn't fix the urine smell in my carpet. It wasn't becsuse of your service.
The is the second time I use the company. First time the service was awesome. Unfortunately this time it was very disappointing. It feels the service was rushed and the carpets don't look clean. The area that use less, it seems that it was never washed.
We spent over $1000 and we expected to see somewhat of a difference. We thought once the carpet dried we would but that was not the case. As for the granite in the kitchen island, it appears it was missed. No difference at all. Due to the holiday and guests arriving yesterday we were not able to address our concerns. For your future customers, I recommend you do a walk thru and set expectations of what your service will and will not address. Thank you for allowing us to provide feedback.
My grandson spilled a bottle of Gatorade that had purple food coloring added to it, on my light beige carpet. Javier, the ZeroRez tech spent an hour working on the stain and successfully removed it! I was very relieved!
Easy to schedule an appointment, the technician arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and friendly.

The more I thought about it the more I feel I was overcharged. Especially when I heard radio add from Zerorez for 3 room $138.00. My bill was $347.70. Area cleaned is not much bigger than 3 rooms!
I should have protested. Next time I will call around for estimates.
Great technician did a great job
We usually use a local carpet cleaner, but have heard so many good things about Zerorez. So, we decided to try them. Not to mention we have 6 fur babies. Zerorez keep you posted on their arrival which I like. The technician was very professional and went over the cleaning process. I was amazed with the results. The carpets honestly looked new. I recommend Zerorez to anyone that want a refreshing cleaning experience.

We just bought a new home day , fellow employee told me about zerorez was unsure since I’ve had bad experiences with carpet cleaning in the past , the gentleman on the phone that I talked to was awesome and made everything easy . We where so lucky since they were Scheduled threes till Dec, we where do fortunate the day we called they had a cancellation! He said this is you lucky day since they are so booked out , we where moving in the next day so this made everything great before movers where going to move furniture in . The technician that came out was awesome and he did the mist PRICELESS job ever !!!! Thank you guys so much and we will be using you and recommending you to more people ! I had a pre thanksgiving carpet emergency and they were able come out the very next morning! The two young men that were here,were very professional, friendly and thorough. They did a great job.

The first time Zerorez cleaned my carpet the employee cleaned up the adjoining wet tile area and gave me booties to wear, and also advised me to be careful when going from the wet carpet to tile.
This time the employee didn't do any of that. He didn't do any of the little things that made me come back a second time.
The first employee also wore a mask until I mentioned that it wasn't necessary if he didn't want to. The second didn't even bother to ask,
Service was on time and quick after arrival. Results were all that I could have expected.
