Been using this company for years. I like how the carpets dry quickly.
It was very easy to schedule online and my Zerorez rep was on time and very friendly.
You were not honest with the cost of the job. I thought it was get 3 rooms for the price of 2 because I booked in August. I wanted my great room treated like 2 rooms and the 3rd free was to be part of it. I only have a 1435 sq ft house. Great room kitchen area, a large master bedroom, den, guest room, 2 bathrooms and a small laundry room. I did not care for the service person as he was very condescending and this is how it is and the last time you were hear it was treated as 3 rooms. The difference is I had more done the time before. 2 bedrooms, hall, laundry room and chairs cleaned. I thought my bid included the protection but found out that is sold when you get here. I have not decided if I will ever use you again or not. The 3 area rugs came out great.

I feel that they do a great job without all the chemicals of the other carpet and tile cleaning companies. No chemical smells, etc.
The tile did not come out the way we thought it would. There was little to no difference in the tile or grout from before you cleaned it and after. Very disappointing.
