I am very happy with my results! Our carpets were in pretty bad condition and our florr tech left them nearly new! The floors dried rather quickly almost totally by the end of the day, and no more stinky smells! The only thing I would say is we were caught off guard by the price change. We were quoted $112 for two floors but were charged $150+ due to being on the third floor. The fee is a big difference and may have swayed our decision but I would have appreciated knowing about this in advance. Luckily we had the funds to cover the extra cost. Overall for the work that was done we are happy!
Robert was very knowledgeable about what was needed to clean up my carpet. He arrived on time, got right to work and it looks like new!

Alex did an absolutely amazing job and is a genuinely nice guy. We thoroughly enjoyed having him in our home. He was great around our pets and children, who can be challenging to maneuver around, especially when coming in to perform a loud, disruptive service. The quality of service was excellent compared to carpet cleaners we have used in the past. Everything was explained to us before work began so we understood exactly what we were getting. Our carpets look amazing, much better than they have after previous treatments. The cost was very reasonable, even compared to lower quality services. I highly recommend Zerorez and will absolutely use them again in the future!
