Everything. My carpet looks new again. I didn't think it could get so clean. Trey did a great job and he took time to explain a few things.
Way too much water used on only 6 month old carpeting. Water from carpet all over the tile. Slipped and fell on tile that was not even supposed to be wet, not even near the carpeted edge. Clothing soaked from extra water on tile. Way prefer old method of steam cleaning.

I called as soon as our carpet cleaner left our job. Was told a manager would be calling me back and it has been over 24 hrs and we haven't heard back from anyone.
We paid to have our stairs cleaned. All that was cleaned was the top of the steps, not the edges or the riser...like has been done in the past. When we asked the guy why he said he didn't have a tool that would work for that. He said the stair tool he had didn't fit for the riser and wouldn't work on the edges. In fact, the bottom step looked worse after he was done than before! We have used Zerorez before and recommended them to several clients and friends but after this experience we won't. Also, the price was higher than what we were quoted (And the area was exactly the same as previously cleaned so the sq footage was in our records with the company)

Please tell your technicians to use baseboard protectors on all curves. We had our interior painted last month and now I have to retouch paint on some corners and baseboard corners. She only used a couple.
