Floors still show dark spots and feel that they rushed service. 4 hour service ended up being 2 which is great in efficiency but feel like spots were missed and could be related to that.

Being older, I was surprised that you do not move furniture. I am lucky my grandkids live close to help me, but I know several around me that do not have that, so I would not recommend you to them for that reason.
My carpets were cleaned, he did a great job. I have no issues with the person that came. Just the furniture moving.

Ramon was my technician. He was very professional and very respectful. He did everything right in explaining how the process works. I had no complaints on him personally. He carried him self well. My issues is with the product used. My wife and I waited 8 hours for the carpet to dry as instructed before putting out house back together. With that being said, the stain started to resurface like nobody was ever here. The carpets looked like they did before the service. I’ve heard great things about this company so I was willing to give it a shot. I’m very disappointed on the bill for it to look like it did before. I feel as I could have done a better job with a machine from Home Depot. I’ve seen what bad carpet looks like, and that’s not our case at all. We treat our stuff with respect, so I know that can’t be the case. I feel like a little more time and little better product, a customer would be more pleased. Please understand that this is not sent with any anger whatsoever. We’re just disappointed on the end results. I guess we had better expectations.

We were quoted $509.00 for our tile and grout cleaning but were charge $803.75 by the technician. We called later that day for an explanation and we were told the change was due to an additional 53 feet of walkway that they said was not part of our previous service. We do not have an additional 53 feet of walkway. We were told that the technician would be contacted and someone would get back to us which has not happened. We will report this issue to the BBB.

Easy appointment booking; efficient and very polite technician / serviceman. Area rugs look great.

Some of our family members have respiratory issues, so the fact that no chemicals are used is very important to us.

I really appreciated that Scott, the Zerorez Technician, showed up promptly and quickly, efficiently, effectively cleaned my high traffic staircase and my tile upstairs on the landing and bathroom. I will definitely contact Zerorez again to schedule my downstairs tile to be cleaned!

They did a great job, the tech on site was very helpful with matching the the color stain seal for the grout. He really did a great job!
