leaves carpet clean & not stiff
My technician not as good as previous technicians that have come to my residence and ZeroRezed my carpets. I told him where my heavy traffic took place he sprayed some ? in the general area, did not brush it or addressed specific spots.When done asked how I liked it. I said he was the profession how did he feel about it. I was uncomfortable to walk around for he offered no paper shoes to walk on carpet as others have done in the past. Today I feel I see some of those spots returning to show.
Only way at this time is to send a supervisor out to see the carpet and tell me it’s Okay and show me where I am wrong. Otherwise I have no suggestions.

Love their easy appointment setting online. Great communication via email and text. The technicians are amazing and so friendly. The quality of work is beyond my expectations each time. They get the hard to lift stains and the carpets drys in less than 4 hours.

So I called and said I had a new house that was empty and I gave the person on phone measurements. I was quoted approximately $560 for 4 smaller carpeted bedrooms and family/dining/kitchen with hallway all tile with grout sealing in that price.. Totally fine with that. Then tech comes out and says that there is more square footage bc the person that gave quote didn’t include hallway in price. Then tech says he can scotch guard my carpet floors for $35 per room and I’m like ok extra $140 not a huge deal little pricey but whatever. Then he tells me it’s gonna be $993!!!!! Holy cow!! Honestly I don’t mind paying money but I feel that is bait and switch. $560 of quoted amount + $140 is $700 and that would have been a fair price. But a quote that is in total $433 off is not good practice. The floors werent really dirty I just wanted it clean bc I have a 13 month old. On top of that the one area that grout was visibly dirty didn’t get cleaned hardly at all. So I feel like I spent almost $1000 for a job I could have rented a rug doctor and a tile cleaner for $150 and actually taken my time getting things cleaned. Tech was very pleasant and professional, I don’t know if these reviews get monitored but unless something changes I won’t be a returning customer.

Thus is my 3rd zerorez appt. First 2 times was great. This appt was on Saturday and I picked a 4pm to pm slot. I recieved a call to see if they could come by 1pm or so as they had cancellations. I dreadfully declined as it was better for me to have less people home at the time of appt. I felt bad and knew this may come with a consequence as they may rush through as to get done quick so they could go home. I explained what areas were to be cleaned and I declined paying for an extra bedroom as it's nothing near 250 Sq ft, so I'm not into wasting money on an area that's not used much. I thought I pointed to all areas. However, when she was finished, she said I didn't do the hall next to the stairs or the upstairs hall area. It would have been nice to have been informed before completing the job as I could have confirmed the price or removed another area to have the more high traffic areas cleaned instead. Again it was late on Saturday and I'm sure she wanted to get home. She was courteous and friendly and if I had selected the earlier time slot maybe things would be different. My son's room is still a little dirty looking. I was past due on the cleaning, so maybe it won't look any better. However I'll get on my hands and knees to clean it more and then I'll know for sure. I would not recommend anyone pick a late Saturday appt, just to eliminate any concern over the job being rushed. I was told my carpets didn't look bad. Therefore I was expecting all the darker spots to disappear. She did advise me to get a Matt for my son's room as the office chair was causing the carpet to buckle a little bit. I appreciate the advise and I ordered one today. My carpets are older so I just may clean them myself at this point, but my boss was considering getting hers cleaned for a long time now and I just told her to pick an earlier appt time.

Great job with cleaning flooring at my home
The person was not very nice and didn't try to get the stains out, I had to ask him many times to go back over the rugs as he missed so many spots!! SMH
