Your tech (Aaron) was polite, kind, hard working and did a nice job overall. He was on time and worked steadfastly until the job was done. He also had great communication skills
I'm going to have someone come and measure our bedroom as there is very little carpet
exposed that they have to clean. I have them do one strip in our closet and they always
want to charge me. I'm tired of arguing with them about it. My living room and dining room
are very small also and never very dirty. I'll try you one more time!

Our technician was excellent and did an amazing job removing pet stains. We worked incredibly hard and was intent on making the carpet look brand new.

Prices were a bit too high— the tech said he could have been more flexible with pricing if we hadn’t self-selected the service before he arrived, which didn’t make sense to us.

My carpet looks great. They were thorough and very nice. I wanted zero residue because young children will be crawling on my floor.
My rugs look beautiful. Your workers were very good and careful. I was impressed that they protected the walls near where their hoses would run. They fully explained what they were using and were very punctual. I am so pleased!

Excellent quality cleaning service
I was notified when you had a problem and was able to reschedule. The tech came back because I was not home because he was earlier than scheduled. He was polite, courteous and very friendly. He did a fantastic job. Carpet dried very quickly.

The dependability and quality of services.
There are several spots that were missed in the tile cleaning, mostly near the perimeter of the rooms but several spots in the middle of the floor in various areas as well. The whole thing must not have been done well because I am getting dark spots on my socks when I walk around on the floor.
Also some dirty water must've spilled on my carpet because the carpets were just installed a day prior to the tile cleaning and there is now a stain on my carpet of what looks like grey drops of liquid near the tile :-(
The floor is much cleaner than it was to begin with, just not up to the quality I have received from ZeroRez in the past (at my prior residence in Tucson). If another technician could come and re-do the tile floor and touch up all the missed spots (I can point them out if needed) as well as the new carpet stain, I would be happy to increase my rating back to 10 (It's always been 10 after the last three cleanings ZeroRez has done for me).

Zerorez makes it easy to schedule appointments with two choices, phone or book on line. The technicians are prompt, and neat and take great care. They listen to you and if you have specific requests they do what you ask like going over extra trafficked areas, or not using too much water etc. I like that Zerorez does not use chemicals and that my 14 year old carpets come out looking like new. Carly our technician was wonderful. She was very personable and pleasant and did a wonderful job!
