Great customer service - largely chemical free

Clean carpet, however I will share that was not happy with the upsale of the estimate provided to treat spots ($70/gallon) and the technician said we would need 6 gallons! While we declined the added service, our carpet didn’t need to extra treatment.

Good product and friendly service

I like their tile cleaning and also their 30 day satisfaction guarantee. I also liked our technician Jacob, he was very friendly and professional.

It was very easy to set up an appointment. Friendly scheduler and the person who came to the house to clean the carpets was as well. He was prompt, went over what was going to be done and what the charges would be. He was in and out in the time he said it would take to complete the job.

I am truly amazed on how wonderful my carpets look now. I was to have my carpets cleaned at 2 pm but got a call that they could come early. I was very pleased about this. Jesse our technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. Our carpet is very old 16 years and is ready for replacement. I knew it was a near impossible task. Jesse went to work and preformed a miracle. I walk around looking at my carpet in disbelief. He brought my carpet to near new condition. I highly recommend Zerorez. Thanks Jesse for a very professional job.

Easy to schedule, reasonable prices, polite service person, put up corner protectors so hose doesn't damage stuff.

Carpets look great. But there is still an odor

The technician was on time, courteous, friendly and very professional. I only have my carpets cleaned by zerorez. They always turn out clean and fresh. Little drying time is a big plus.

Great service reps and clean process

Customer service at Zerorez Phoenix is the best I have ever experienced from any company, and I am 74 years old. Their technicians are excellent and the young man who stripped and resealed our tile was knowledgeable and took great pride in his work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
