Alex Taylor explained the entire process from top to bottom which helps out a lot. It took maybe 2 hours to do almost all of my carpet spaces and I must say that 98% of the stains came out. It was well worth the purchase.

Technicians are always informative and sensitive about being in your home. Technician yesterday was able to get out some very tough stains.
