Great service and so simple to book !
More concentration on high traffic areas and less concentration on getting in and out as fast as possible. More concern for a customer’s home (less bumping into walls, leaving hardwood floors free of spills, and not leaning equipment on walls and screen doors.)

I got my carpets cleaned yesterday sorry to say it was a terrible job and have used them twice before but they came back out today and redid the whole job and it’s great now

I love your product, and your technician was very good. I would like to continue using you but you charged $25 "out-of-service area" fee for Gold Canyon. I see your vans out here a lot. If we are too far you could only come out 1x a week, or 2x a month where you have a full day. I have to believe the fee is just an opportunity to charge more.
And then you charge me double for an oversize room fee. The room is 27x12. That's outrageous to me.

Beau was super helpful. Arrived on time, did a pre-test to ensure a positive outcome. He explained everything and gave me 8deas for future cleanings. I've used Zerorez in the past and highly recommend them.

leaves carpet clean & not stiff
My technician not as good as previous technicians that have come to my residence and ZeroRezed my carpets. I told him where my heavy traffic took place he sprayed some ? in the general area, did not brush it or addressed specific spots.When done asked how I liked it. I said he was the profession how did he feel about it. I was uncomfortable to walk around for he offered no paper shoes to walk on carpet as others have done in the past. Today I feel I see some of those spots returning to show.
Only way at this time is to send a supervisor out to see the carpet and tell me it’s Okay and show me where I am wrong. Otherwise I have no suggestions.
