I was pretty impressed on how nice these old carpets came out. You can definitely see an immediate difference once it was done, and when it dried you can feel it underfoot as well. It is worth it to have someone else do it professionally than to rent a machine yourself. I would definitely recommend this company and their service.
I love how clean my carpets feel. Plus they do not use soap which only makes the carpets get dirtier faster. Their water for cleaning glass is a miracle. No steaks at all. I could not believe it.
My tech Alex was such a nice young man and really took the time to do a great job for me. I will only used Zerorez.

The technician was on time. He was friendly, answered all of my questions, and was very knowledgeable. He completed the work and charged me the exact amount of the original estimate. The carpets and area rugs were cleaned to my satisfaction.
I passed on the designated spot treatment because it was an additional $75. Almost the cost of 2 full rooms ($92). Seems odd that a single spot treatment would be that much comparatively speaking. The value didn’t seem to equate. Also, this was my first time using you and based on advertisements and your name “Zerorez” I expected this to be more of a “dry clean” that’s different from conventional carpet cleaning that leaves the floor wet. That wasn’t my experience. Seemed very similar. Overall was happy with the results and would use you again but that’s why I offered an 8.
I met ZeroRez when they did an awesome cleaning for the carpet at my Church. Their technician let me know that they do tile/grout cleaning too. They were our first choice when it came to our own home. We are getting ready to move out of State. Did a couple of comparison bids and ZeroRez was the best.

Lower the price of the pet stain special product. $100 gallon is a bit high. It was used in my office and my office still has a slight smell of urine.

Office staff courteous and helpful. Esimator and painting/repair employees do an excellent job of repairing dents in car and then painting the damaged area of the care; as a result, my car looks as good as new. The price was fair.
