Everything. Getting an appointment… easy. Letting me know when to expect his arrival…nice. Arrive on time … great. Nice and friendly person comes to the door introduces himself, explains the product and system they use and gets to work right away. When he wad done in a room he made sure the fans were on to help the drying process. He was finished much faster than I thought it would take. When he was done he let me know how long the drying time should be and again was polite and friendly. The cost was reasonable. Checking the carpets after they dried… I was so pleased they were all so clean and fresh. Telling my friends about Zerorez.

Carpets came out looking better than expected! There were stains and high traffic areas all over but Jesse got all of them out. & he was quick and efficient !

Clean and quick dry

We made our appointment after receiving an email from Zerorez and we were quickly given a date/time within two days of the call. Our technicians arrived early and we were delighted as we were already home awaiting their arrival. We reviewed the areas to be cleaned and discussed adding the protectant to the carpet as we usually do this, but did not have the supplies this time. The entire process of cleaning was done in a timely manner and we were thrilled. The carpet looks outstanding and we couldn't be happier. Jack and Gabriel were excellent in the cleaning of our carpets and sofas. Their work was detailed and conscientious as to our needs. They provided a very pleasant and personal experience. We would welcome them back any time.

The online scheduling was easy. Chris and Alex were so friendly and professional. They explained the process, answered all my questions, and did a fabulous job of cleaning my carpet! Best part was they cleaned 3 rooms in less than 90 minutes so I could get on with my day.

Polite service people that come out to clean the carpet. They also let you know when they are on the way, too.

The person who did the actual cleaning was very professional...however, I was not happy with the final bill as it was not the same as the estimate I received prior to the cleaning.

Never called that they were on their way and showed up an hour and a half before the scheduled appointment without any notice. Some spots still looked dirty. I have my own carpet cleaner and I cleaned it fine without any remaining stains. Had to get you guys cause it was a requirement under the leasing company.
