They did a fantastic job with the floors and carpet. They are opening day fresh once again.
We just move in to a new house and the carpets were trashed. I scheduled to get a quote to have them replaced. But after you cleaned the carpets I just may hold off on the new carpet. I am amazed how clean our technician got our carpets

The technician that was out to our residence was extremely quick, some areas do not even look as if they were done. At the end, the technician said that he would be back with shoe covers and never returned, as well as he never did a walk through when he was done, which again he had said that he would. We were going to book to have the lower level of the house done, but now we are not so sure that we want to utilize your services going forward. We have used Zerorez for over 10 years. The service the last couple of times has gone down and this was probably the final chance.

Technician wasn't very professional. I didn't like that he just casually walked upstairs into my room to talk to me instead of calling me down. Also thought it was a little over priced for the services provided. The trainee did all the work, so I'm wondering if it's usually better?

The cleaning was great the first time so I used again. This time cleaning did work well on same piece of furniture. Spots were missed and I think it wasn’t effective. Firvthe irice it should be done again thoroughly.
We were very pleased with our service. Gabriel was very personable and his work was efficient and thorough. He took care to protect all of the furniture in our home using corner protection. I definitely will recommend Gabriel in the future.
