Very nice person who came to clean the carpets, company easy to schedule with, but the carpets just don't look as clean as they have with other cleanings. The product? The method? Still seeing large dirty/dark looking are in office. Can you send someone out to take a look at why this is the case?

We have used Zerorez several times. Everytime your techs have done an amazing job. Your customer service is excellent. Even the scheduling was easy and detailed. We know ahead of time when a stain will not come out, however sometimes we get surprised and your techs are able to get the stains out.

I've had Zerorez personnel in my home several times to clean floor carpeting and they always did an excellent job.
Today was the first time I had furniture cleaned and really didn't know just what to expect. We've had the group (sofa, loveseat, and chair -- all of which are "overstuffed" type) for about 8 years now and moved 3 times, so all in all they've had some "abuse" and got pretty dirty. The man who came to clean the furniture was truly a gentleman who took great care in removing virtually all of the accumulated stains and builld-up of dirt on arm cushions and tops of back cushions as well as the fur of our 4 cats in the crevices. He was thorough and I was delighted!

The carpet still feels gross and smells in a spot where a drink was spilled the person who did our carpets was nice enough and we liked that the carpet was dry in 4-8 hours as opposed to Stanley streamers 8-24 hours but the carpet isn’t much cleaner
I called the get pricing on a rug that was already done by zerorez in the past. I scheduled the pick up. They told me 3-4 weeks. After 4 weeks I called because I hadnt heard anything. At that time they tell me they cant do my rug due to the material. I explained they have done it before so she put me on hold & came back & said ok they can do it but it will be another month before its done
