He was quick, polite and did a great job. The carpet was saturated like the others and take days to dry.
The service was great, the technician was amazing. He explained everything and made sure I had no questions before he started. Then when he was done, he had me look at everything and make sure it was correct before he loaded up his equipment and I paid the bill. Would highly recommend them!

The techs were very thorough and polite. My carpets look very clean. Because we have dense carpets, the tech went over them a couple of times so they would dry quicker.

Our technician was Nate. We received top notch service from the moment this jolly red head knocked on our door. Not only was he professional & friendly but he was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the carpet cleaning process. He went above & beyond, left and us with a bottle of the Zerorez cleaner, and even got us a discount! I told him he would get a 9.9 rating because hey, no one is perfect! Thanks Nate for making us raving fans of Zerorez and we'll ask for you next time.
