How clean the carpets and tile looked after they were completed. One thing I didn't care for was after the cost of the service I wasn't even given a bottle of there zerorez water in the spray bottle....I was told I could purchase one in a kit for an extra cost...
Loved that chemicals are not used. Tech was great in explaining the process. He was friendly and professional.
Robert did a great job, cleaning our carpeting and our tile. We love using Zerorez products, including the water, which we use all the time for cleaning purposes. Would highly recommend this company.

Although it seemed to me that the cost was a bit higher than I would've preferred, every other aspect of the service was excellent: good communication about scheduled service and appt time, knowledgable and experienced serviceman with expertise, friendly and accommodating customer service, and timely and efficient service.
