The house smells bad now. Its been a little over 24 hours so I hope it goes away. I was told I could pay in cash. I had $200 in cash and was then told by the technician after he did the work that he didn't have change so I had to give him $200 which was much more than what I was quoted.

He did a great job on my carpet, but because of pet urine the cost went up a lot. They did an amazing job getting all the spots out. Would definitely use them again!

Shea was wonderful. He arrived early which was helpful for us. Did a thorough review especially showing pet stains and then made recommendations on best approach to clean. Once all agreed to terms he started and methodically moved through each room. Shea was very knowledgeable and answered my many questions.

I had expected a shine on the floor which I didn’t get. Maybe the dullness is permanent but the floors just didn’t appear much better than they are after I steam clean them.

The tech was amazing. Friendly. Explained everything. I know all carpet and stains are different. I was so excited my carpet looked brand new while it was wet. So I even got the protectant. Once dried, my carpet in my living room the spots were present. Maybe on areas where you can really see the use. Give a heads up that it might still be noticeable even though it looks great wet.
