Excellent and timely customer service
Xavier was very professional and thorough. He did a great job. Was really impressed that total bill was the same as quoted when I placed the order.
It was unfortunate that I hear a ton of ads on the radio at how great this company is with pet stains. We have a new puppy who has had some accidents on our carpet in one of our rooms and were hoping to eliminate odor and stains. The company called us and said they had a cancellation a couple hours early. So I made sure someone was there so they could get it done. The unfortunate part is that our son who was here to let them in said the guy doing the service was in the house for no more than 20 minutes and never discussed with him further options so he could call me and let me make a decision. When I arrived home that evening there were still a couple of stains and the odor was still present. Today I called to speak with someone and was told they could send someone back out and that the treatment was $75 per gallon. When asked how much square footage a gallon would treat they could t tell me. The representative I spoke with today said that when I made the appointment they ask about additional pet stains. I informed him that it wasn’t questioned at the time of appointment and the technician never asked while he was here. His reply was he apologized for not being asked but if it’s not on the technicians work order then they do t go looking for it. I am truly let down by a highly advertised company.

The tech was professional. The carpets were done better this year. last year they were very crunchy, like soap was not removed. Only complaint would be the water left on hard floor which left dirt from his shoes all around the house.

I believe his name was Nathan . We think he worked very hard to do a good job . Very personable and we would only bring him back in the future . He did his very best and we enjoyed talking to him he explained everything in detail . Our tile looks nice

I had my carpets cleaned today, and I am disappointed that there are still easily cleanable spots that were not scrubbed or really tended to.
Also was the technican supposed to wear booties like the videos show ?

Our technician worked very hard and did an outstanding job for us. He was willing to please us and he provided very professional services that is difficult to get these days. He knew what he was doing, he was courteous, clean and careful and treated our home respectfully. We couldn't have been happier!
