I'm very satisfied with my carpets, and out Tech was super friendly and professional.

The representative was very helpful and listened to our request. He did a very thorough job and was very efficient.
The time to clean the carpets and tile was only 2 hours. Yes, there were two techs this time but The high traffic areas still show spots. We’ve used Zerorez for the past 12 years. It seems that something changed from taking the time to do the job right to get it done as quickly as possible. Our neighbor used Zerorez recently and said the tech was at her house for a total of 20 minutes to do 3 rooms. We said it must’ve been an anomaly. I guess not.
We also had an elderly cat that made a mess of our carpets over a year ago. We know this. However, the tech kept bringing up the urine smell. I get it. We’re also changing the floors out in a couple of years.
The experience just wasn’t as good as ALL of the past experiences with Zerorez.
We are very happy with and recommend cleaning by zerorez! Myrick did an amazing job on three bedrooms of carpeting and all of our outdoor cushions. We want him to come back when we can schedule it to do a few rugs and maybe large living room sofa.

The young man cleaning the furniture was very detailed and exhibited good manners. He was flexible and even had an amazing attitude when we added extra furniture to his task list. Appreciated the customer service and caring attitude.

Zerorez is my choice for carpet cleaning throughout my house. I have had them several times clean various areas in house and they have always done a great job! My living/dining room and one bedroom were just cleaned a couple of days ago and my carpet looks fantastic! Nathan and his helper Maasai arrived in the timeframe scheduled, were courteous and friendly, reviewed the areas that I needed cleaned, and promptly went about their business addressing the stains that had developed on my carpeting. The end result was wonderful with no stains remaining and my carpeting looks like new again even though it is approximately 30 years old. They took their time in cleaning the carpeting and addressing all my concerns. I definitely would recommend them and their company for carpet cleaning.
