The person in charge of our carpet, did an excellent job, attention to detail and my carpet looks new now, I loved the service, it was also very friendly

It was very expensive to clean the areas I had done. The tile looked clean but I wouldn't do it again. I think it looks the same as when it gets mopped. The carpet on the stairs looked really good, but we paid for the extra service to help eliminate the pet odor due to pet urine and it did not make as big a difference as hoped. The couch and ottoman look really good and I would do that again.

The ease but I was a little off on the price because you can three rooms for 144 and when I had on room ( easy ) and wanted to have my washable carpet in the kitchen it was another 80 plus dollars when in reality it would have taken 5 minutes ...so I think you could have make it part of the special

It was super easy to book services. Our technician showed up on time, explained all available options and completed the work very quickly. Our carpets look fantastic! We will definitely use Zerorez again.

We have used your service twice and have been very happy with the results. Your associate arrived on time, went over the areas in question, asked if there were any special spots he
would need to focus on. He also gave me an estimate of total costs for the job. I was very happy with the results as well as with your employee who was very courteous. The cost was more than reasonable.

No odors, just clean!

The service tech was really great. The cost was not really in line with one hour of work.

Make sure that your employees are aware of "special instructions/directions" and/or have updated gps to get them to the right address. Also....we never received a receipt as it was never emailed to me.

I have used ZeroRez for many years and am convinced this is the best way to clean carpets. The few times I've had to deviate and use another "reputable" company, I am sorry within about 3-4 weeks after their cleaning.
My rugs stay cleaner longer and ZeroRez has always gotten a stain out even thought they can guarantee it 100%.
