True professionals that show up on time!
The cleaning works well, it’s fast and my furniture wasn’t real wet it dried with a couple of hours.
Clean carpets after cleaning every time
I really liked the technician that did the work. He was very pleasant and did a great job.
The final result is what is expected.
William did a wonderful job trying to get the high traffic areas cleaned on my older carpets. Not 100%, but looked much better than before.
Loved it! Our carpet looks brand new. I really enjoyed our technician. He was kind, knowledgeable and very well trained.
Ryan cleaned our tiles and the result was very nice. Before cleaning, he tested a couple of tiles in the heavy-traffic kitchen floor first to set the right expectations and ask me if the result was adequate. I was impressed by his professionalism and courtesy and would hire him without hesitation.
we have use zero Rez since 2010 or 11 and every single time you receive my expectations. We are thrilled that you come as far north as we live now and we will always use you.
There are still a lot of stains remaining. The couch was dirty but it wasn’t the dirtiest couch ever. It just feels like I could have done this with my bissel.
My carpets are now very clean and my business associate was very nice and professional

More to cleaning steps/process than I thought. Much appreciated!
It was so easy to set up an appointment online. And the service provider was very pleasant and helpful. This time I didn't get overwhelmed with questions about anything else I wanted cleaned. Just good service.
Excellent service and communication. Will use the services again.
The fact that I didn't have to be home!
The carpets are very old and after the cleaning they look way better than I expected.
William was great. Will all for him again next time.
No perfumes or chemicals are used in the carpet cleaning solution and they clean their machines after each home. In Oct 2023, my husband rented a carpet cleaner from a big-box store and I ended up in the hospital with anaphylaxis and bacterial pneumonia. I can only imagine the kind of bacterial and allergen build-up in the carpet cleaning machines rented from big-box stores. Zerorez did a great job truly cleaning, truly cleaning.
The young man did a very good job!!
I really like that I don't feel any harsh chemicals when I sit! I will use them again!
That it’s just water with no chemicals. Love the results!!!
