A little disappointed they weren't able to lighten the path into the bedroom. Still looks the same.

We felt the technicians were professional and curious. We do though highly encourage that equipment that the technicians need to do a professional job is in GOOD repair. They were down a piece of equipment and no spares were available. They had to search for another technician to complete our job.

Question if he did carpet under coffee table which he said he would do without extra charge and forgot pillow on golf cart. However, he did a great job and even helped us move a few things.

Great cleaning product

I have always been very happen with the quality of service. It is very easy to book online. My technician was actually early to the job and it looks fantastic.

But- the price dramatically increased once our space was identified. The price basically quadrupled. The service was great- no smell, no horrible crunchy carpet. But the price was very high.

My hubby actually said that I got swindled because we could have gotten new flooring for not much more than what I paid. Please take care of your female patronize and advise if the cost of cleaning is not worth the money.

I will know now that I am priced out of your service.

Tech was good, was able to include large room that I thought would count as two as only one. This lowered the price from the original estimate. He was on sight at the time projected and presented himself in a professional manner. My problem is that we were told the carpet would be completely dry in 8 hours. We are now over 24 hrs and I still have damp spots especially on the stairs. I have had fans running all day to try and help. We also have a lingering very musty smell throughout the house. Is the smell common to Zerorez?

We will just wait for all to really dry and hopefully the smell will go away. A couple of my married children recommended you so we wanted to give you a try. Horizon Carpet Cleaning charges a flat $300 and have always used them on this carpet. They have had equipment problems the last two times here which led to looking elsewhere. I may be filling better about Zerorez as time goes by.
