I thought this newer carpet would look and feel better than it does. It used to be such a soft plush room to walk in and only gor the past year has been used daily. Now it is stained with small dark grey circle stains that I would have thought would come out and to step on the carpet is crunchy even though I vacuumed it 3 times! My technician said she didn't use much of something for stains because it wasnt that bad. And she bragged because she did it so fast. Makes me wonder did she spend enough time? I put the best of the best pad under this carpet when I had it installed and now the carpet feels bad to walk on. Not sure I'll be trusting Zerorez in the future. It's should not be so difficult to get it cleaned properly the first time.

You are always prompt, and the techs are super friendly and polite. They provide good advice on interim cleaning of spots, etc. Price seems very fair. Carpet doesn't stay damp overly long.
