What our clients think of us!

Carpets not any cleaner than what I can do myself.
I guess I was expecting a miracle that didn't happen:(

Cassie di a great job

Job well done,

Fast and efficient

Love that you don't leave shampoo residue in the carpet.

Kinda of pricey.

Easy to book an appointment. Very efficient.

Great customer service and results!

Carpets look Wonderful ! Friendly and professional . Highly recommend

Fast and very clean!

Even though zero res came back the second time. I will not recommend the co.
They tried to sell me grout color for 1200.
I had them do the kitchen area. It did look better than the first person who came out. It was very expensive for over 500. Even with a discount.

There were still areas I saw later that looked like they weren't even cleaned. I probably could have done better with a mop and bucket. The kid wasn't even here but for maybe 30 mins. DEFINITELY not worth the $330 I spent!

The results we saw with the grout on our flooring were great and exceeded expectation. Also the tech that worked at our home communicated very well throughout.

I’m always fully satisfied with the service that Zerorez provides. I will continue using it year after and recommend you to others because you are so focused on providing satisfaction.

Matthew is extremely professional and courteous. He took pride in his work to make sure the job was done well. Advised me on what to do with my grout. The quote was much more reasonable than Stanley Steemer to paint my grout. I will definitely be using Zerorez to get that done.

Excellent communication from start to finish. Top notch cleaning. No smell, no mess, fast drying. The tech was very professional, warm and friendly, did an excellent job and was very kind to my dogs. Just all around an excellent experience! Thank you!

Carlos was great. He was on time, friendly and efficient. He was clear about the costs and verified one of the carpets was made of material that could be professionally cleaned before quoting the job price. The carpets came out great, and without worrying about chemicals affecting the dog or us. Will definitely use ZeroRez again.

Good, efficient work.

Provide exact measurements and fees to all areas so the customer knows the cost going in. No surprises. I scheduled thru the Instagram page and the cost ended up being significantly more at time of service. Be clear and up front. Otherwise the worker doing the job gets the brunt of the disappointed customer. That is not fair.

I love how clean my tiles and carpet are. The technicians are friendly. They arrived early and called in advanced. They have great specials, very affordable. Environmentally friendly products and non- harmful to pets and humans. I've used them for 8 years.

Quick drying, no residue and on time service. The tech did a great job.

Jacob was very professional and did a great job.

The workers and the job they do is always great. Love using you guys..Always have clean floors.

The service is just so simple. We move the furniture and for a reasonable price, ZeroRez comes cleans and leaves so quickly there is still time in my day!

I was very happy with my service as well as the service tech myself. He was very personable and got right to work and assured me the rooms would look great.

The service person was late but did a good job. I would use Zero Rez again.
Thanks,
BJ Young

My husband had to go over the carpet with our carpet cleaner and it looks much better. I had the expectation that the carpets would be cleaner that what we could get it. Were my expectations too high?

Great thorough cleaning job, on time and great technicians.

It was quick and easy to schedule plus the technician was great. There were no surprises.

The technician was very good, did a good job
