I was in my residence when my Zerorez service technician, Joshua George was cleaning my house and from the time he entered my home he was attentive and listened to all of my concerns regarding my soiled new carpet meaning my carpet was newly installed only 10 months ago. His window of arrival was originally scheduled from 2pm to 4pm yet he arrived promptly at 2pm. Mr. George explained in detail and showed me all of the steps in the Zerorez cleaning process. I was skeptical at first that my carpet would be dirt and stain free. To my very happy surprise at the end of the entire Zerorez cleaning process my carpet actually looked brand new and was dirt/stain free. I discussed the possibility of future cleanings of my carpet with technician Joshua George and he made suggestions of what cleaning schedule I should use so that my carpet wouldn't deteriorate. He also recommended a vacuuming regime for my carpeting to maintain it between cleanings. I appreciate the knowledge he imparted. Mr. George doing so put my mind at ease and I will be requesting him for my future Zerorez cleanings. My Thanks to Mr. Joshua George.

Carpet hardly was clean didn't even take little dirt spots up. Also tech didn't cover 250sq ft per room

Your prices have really gone up
Paid almost $150,00 more this year than last for exact same services. Yikes!! Ugh!!

Your employee, Marvin Castenada, did an outstanding job cleaning our family room carpeting as well as half of my husband's office where he cleans guns and inadvertently spills oil and grease during the cleaning.
Both sets of carpeting turned out spotless and looking brand new, even though it's 20 years old!
The technician does a complete assessment before he begins any treatment to give you his suggestion on the best treatment option.
I used another company for 20 years but my carpets have never looked as good as when we use Zerorez.

There are some areas I need addressed with this most recent cleaning.
We like that there are no chemicals and no crunchy carpet. The dirt comes out of our carpet and is left looking quite fresh and fluffy again. We LOVE the latest tech who came to our home, Darius. He was thorough but didn't linger for longer than necessary. We feel he did a far superior job to any other tech we have hosted. And we've been using Zerorez for many years!

Carpet came out great (it’s 27 yrs old)! This was my 4th year with Zerorez. Cesar and Shay were very polite and accommodating. Making a reservation was easy. They had a cancellation for an earlier time and called me as I requested earliest time available. That’s great customer service.
