No soap and crispy carpets.
I love the communication this company has. I’ve used them multiple times and they’ve never given off the “pushy salesman” vibes and they don’t make you pay for services if you don’t need them. They’ve all also been very understand of my dogs, pit bull included, and last weekend Mojave was AMAZING with my “no concept of personal space, gotta be in the middle of the action” Dalmatian. Thank you Zerorez!
I will not use anyone else but ZEROREZ to clean my floors. Marvin was a pleasure to work with and did a wonderful job. He made sure that any spots that could be removed were removed. Showed me all that he did before he left. Thank you for being a great company to use in my home.

Everything was fine except for a spot about 2' x 2' next to the end of the TV stand we had to mop. Not sure how it was missed we saw it right away.

The technician , Mary Jane, arrived at the scheduled time. She was so efficient , carefully cleaned around the furniture and expertly handled all the equipment . My carpets are clean and fresh.
The service is friendly, informative, and takes care of the issues you share regarding the carpet cleaning and afterwards walks you thru to show what was completed and asks if any questions or concerns.
Technician was great- Tyler Goudy. He took the time to ensure he understood what services I wanted and most importantly he took the time to do the service right. The last time I had ZeroRez out the clinician rushed through it and did a poor job. I was giving the company one last shot before I went elsewhere. Tyler recommitted me to using ZeroRez again.
The whole process was easy and efficient. The technician was courteous and did a very thorough job.
No strong chemical smell. Carpets are soft after they dry. Technician very knowledgeable and friendly.
We had a new tech, and felt as though the job wasn’t done to professional standards. We have used Zerorez in the past and very impressed. A re-cleaning would be best considering the very high cost. Very easy to schedule. Service was "spot" on.
Removed all of the heavily soiled areas.
The service was great, but many spots on my walls near my stairs were damaged when the stairs were being cleaned. There are scratches, as well as small chunks of drywall missing now.
The carpet does not smell clean or fresh as I expected it to. The service technician was great and worked really hard as the carpet was dirty but I just expected the carpet to have a fresh scent when done. Not sure what to use. No pets hve lived on the property and there is no pet smell but again there is no fresh smell either
The gentlemen that worked at our house was very polite and thorough. I liked that he asked if I checked the rooms and he did do some extra cleaning in certain spots. The rugs looked great. I would like you better if you moved furniture, some of us are older and moving stuff is difficult. It was dry in 8 hours that would be great if it could be shorter too. Thanks good job.
The service was fine. Our carpet is just in bad shape.
We had our floors done Thursday, and the technician didn’t do a great job, subpar at best. I called the next morning and explained the issue to customer service and by 2:15 pm there was another tech at my home, cleaning the floors again. The 2nd tech they sent out was PHENOMENAL!! Shout out to Trayvon. His service more than made up for the mess left the evening before by the other one. My floors looked as close to brand new as they could! While I thought Zerorez was going to leave a bad taste, they actually did the right thing in a timely manner and I would recommend their company to anyone who asks. Specifically Trayvon as a tech if anyone can manage to request him!!!
Arrived on time, cleaning is really well done and the house looked really good afterwards.
