That the crew is always respectful and efficient and that there is no crusty residue on the carpets after

My tech was amazing! We quick and efficient. Thank you!

The crew was great and they did a very good job. My only issue was that I had a few small oil stains (dime-sized) from a treadmill and I am not sure that much of an effort was made to get rid of them. I pointed the stains out at the beginning of the service. Then at the end of the service, I asked if the stains came out and the main person said no, that they couldn't get them out. Afterwards, I went and worked on them myself and the stains came out. I mean you are a rug cleaning company. Your ads show stain removal far worse than what I had so I am not sure I understand how they couldn't get those stains out.

Professional, courteous, technician who did a great job on the carpets and the shower.

Service, professionalism, and results

Great job

I've used your services for several years now... from tile cleaning to upholstery cleaning not at my house and my daughter's house. You recently cleaned the tile at my daughter's newly purchased home. The tile looks great and feels soooo clean. Thanks got the great job

The tile refinish was expensive but the results were wonderful. The carpets were a disappointment as they did not look much better and felt crusty. I was pleased that you stood behind your work and are sending a crew to redo the carpet. Thank you I will definitely recommend you

Did a beautiful job on our area rug and dining room chairs.

Excellent service, friendly and efficient.

Zerorez does the best job of any carpet cleaning service I have used. They use the best products with 2 processes. Their technicians are neat, clean knowledgeable and very professional.

Timely

I would highly recommend them. They were courteous, timely and professional. Our carpets turned out beautifully. They were able to remove an old stain that we thought was never going away! Great customer service by Darius P. He was outstanding! Will use this company again!

No residue and friendly service

They were ahead of schedule when arriving for the scheduled time. Got the job done quick with having to clean carpets in 8 areas/rooms plus stairs.

Cleans very well. Smells clean.

This is the second time we used you. This time they did a super job to remove accidents from our two regimes older dogs. The two men that came did a very thorough job and did it very timely.
