What our clients think of us!

It was a pleasant experience with two fully competent workers. We were not encumbered for a very long time and the result of their efforts are to be commended.

Great quality, punctual, and doesn’t leave behind residue in the carpet.

The service man (Robert) was very good. He really did a good job

Pretty effective

Job well done.

Your technicians, quality of service, and the results.

mostly did a good job but very expensive. after everything dried I noticed some of the grout was missing in spots and some of my tile was chipped & the finish taken off. instead of it being white & gray it's brown. I looked when they were here but my whole house is tile so it was a lot to look at and still wet in spots so I missed those. that's disappointing to spend so much money and to now have my 3 year old tile ruined in spots and grout missing as well.

My tile floors were an absolute disaster after the guys left. I don’t know if it was overspray from the cleaners or from the scotch guard. But there was a film all over my living room and all down the hallway. I contacted the tech the next day to let him know. He said he escalated it to his manager who would call me to resolve. I never received a call and it’s now been an entire week.

Excellent job. Service tech was very conscious.

I love the fact that ZeroRez uses no chemicals or anything toxic. And my carpet actually comes out cleaner. Excellent company and they do a terrific job. Great at cleaning sectional couches as well. Highly recommend.

It cleaned my grout!!

We were very happy about the work that was done by your company. Mike P. was so efficient and knowledgeable about Zerorez and all his information was extremely helpful. We will call you next time for carpet cleaning. Thank you, Ron and Adriann Last name removed

Great service. Friendly Technician. Wonderful prices. We will continue to use Zerorez for all our floor cleaning needs.

Cleaners do a great job

Good knowledge of floor care and have the tools and products to provide a quality job.

Great and fast service!

Employees arrived on time and were very professional. It was a small job but I felt they gave it as much attention as any other job. The service itself was quick and they were thorough with the follow up care instructions. I will not hesitate to call back then next time I need a cleaning.

Careful and courteous employees. Excellent service.

Never called or emailed me to let me know when or if it was ready. Tried calling 4 times and got a record of a very long sell pitch on zerorez witch is very annoying when you want to talk to someone. Then it say someone will call you back . Whatever never herd back from anyone so after a week an half not hearing from anyone i drove to the place and still a waiting game. Zero for zerorez.

Excellent cleaning for tile or carpets.

Fast, effective service-

It was so easy to schedule service. They showed up on time and did a great job cleaning the carpets including removing pet oder. Definitely recommend and I would use them again.

No soap residue, always quick and efficient service.

Great service, carpets look great!

Technician communicated arrival & was on time. Carpets dried quickly.

I have used Zerorez since 1998 because they don’t use a soap so never residue left in the carpet. Also the carpets are not left wet but dry in a few hours. I do like having them cleaned in the mornings and wait until the next morning to put furniture back but that is just me and I feel more comfortable doing it that way.
One other thing I have found is the pleasantness that every person that has ever cleaned the carpet from the first time to this past one has been friendly, worked hard and represented the company in the highest of standards.

My floors have never been cleaner! Shawn was great!

The technician was amazing! He went above and beyond! Super thorough, considerate, knowledgeable, and kind! 10/10 would recommend!!
