NO after care instructions and/or expectations were given. More care should be taken to avoid scuffing baseboard/walls. Inconsistent cleaning, some areas in same room were very wet while others were slightly moist (carpeting was not stained or heavily soiled).

I like how it does not take long to go from dirty tile floors to clean spotless tile floors. Smells fresh and does not take long to dry. I can put my furniture back as soon as they finish. Price is great also.

The tech was on time and great to work with. Some of the spots we pointed out didn’t come clean. We didn’t notice until after the carpet dried.

Very professional and did a thorough job. Unfortunately the pee smell in one area wasn’t able to be resolved despite paying for the extra treatment, but they did their best! It’s likely in our subfloor.

Zerorez does excellent cleaning be it for tile and grout or rugs. This time for me was my rugs!
Great guys doing work. Ramone and Shaun. They were knowledgeable, conscientious, efficient and hard-working. I have used other services but those other companies use chemicals and soap and don't get all the chemicals/soap and water out of the rugs so there is a chemical smell. Also, my experience has been that they do NOT dry in a couple hours like Zerorez does. In addition stains that were "removed" came back but not with Zerorez!

So nice to hv CLEAN carpets .No residue, and that makes me happy! Tyler did a superb job. He is a very polite and personable young man. We appreciated his service very much. We would lv to hv him back next time ,when we need our carpets cleaned. Thank you Zerorez for great customer service too.
