The whole process of scheduling an appointment to paying for the service was easy. We received several emails and texts regarding our service - everything from letting us know the price of the service to keeping us informed about the arrival time. Our service technician showed up on time, did a walk through with us and showed us areas of concern. He was quick but thorough. We would highly recommend this company for your carpet cleaning needs.
Initially, I called Stanley Steemer to clean my mom's carpet. The technician said that there was no way he could make the high traffic areas look much better. So, I thought I'd do it myself if it was such a loss. My husband said to call Zerorez. I thought my mom's carpet was DOA, but the Zerorez process was amazing! Her living area and hallway look good again! I'll definitely use you again!

Bedroom carpet had a spot were we had a previous blood stain. We were successful in treating the blood stain. It was imbeded.. however your process brought the stain that was imbedded to the surface again. We did not see this til that evening we returned to our bedroom.
We were disappointed that the tech did not get this stain remedied.

Technicians were professional and informative. They went through all options for cleaning problem spots and protection. Equipment died so another tech had to finish the job but both did a wonderful job.
