Trayvon did a great job cleaning our 2 bedrooms carpeting. He was very polite and professional but also very personal and friendly. He explained he usually does the air duct cleaning but was available to do our carpets for us.
We will certainly ask for him for our next cleaning .Thanks

My experience with Zerorez was great! From my first phone call very friendly, professional, and took his time answering all my questions. The day of my appointment went very well as he kept me updated as to arrival time. The person that came took time to explain the different steps that would be done. The results were great and I was very satisfied, I’ll not be going back to the old way of cleaning my carpets. I’m hook on ZeroRez now 😊

The way the carpets feel after they dry. Soft not stiff
Dirty equipment was used. Leaving cat urine in my two year old carpet. I'm waiting to see IF you can fix this. If not I expect my carpet to be replaced.

I think the service guy's name is Xavier. He showed up right on time. We looked over the job at hand, he got his cleaning equipment out from his van, and started right in! He did an excellent job as I was well satisfied with his work. We got the paperwork taken care of and off he went. I'll see if he is available next time I call Zerorez for my carpet!!

Once arriving he took the time of asking questions of the work needing to be done before starting the job…..was great. He was very thorough on the work that you did. He asked if he wanted me too walk through the rooms to he cleaned. I said “ no thank you” and that I appreciate the time you took to do the job and I trust you.
