Your product does an excellent job of cleaning our carpet. The service folks you send to do the cleaning are really knowledgeable and well trained.

The products are "clan"and "green"and there is a quck dry time.

Technician answered all questions ask, and knows what he is doing. Thorough, and worked constantly until the job was done.

I've had the carpet cleaned at this rental property 3 times by different companies. None of them got the carpet nearly as clean as Zerorez.

the system really works. we were very happy with Joe the technician. The price was reasonable. My wife is very happy and that is what is important to me. when mama's not happy nobodys happy but when daddy isn't happy nobody cares!

Your service people are fantastic. When they are finished clean is very clean.

Carpets look good, did stay wet for awhile longer than I thought. Took about 4 to 5 hours to dry. Was told it would be $149. for 3 rooms and of course when they got here told my 1 pet stain would be more to treat then of course I was told if I didn't seal the carpet with this treatment, my carpet wouldn't last clean for very long, and that was extra money. Feel you should tell customers up front what to expect or pay when the cleaner guy comes to your house.

the fact that you don't use soap

Friendly staff....very professional...did a very nice job. Very quick. Carpet looks like new and ceramic looks like new. Price was just a bit higher than I expected but I will still use them again.

Because I have pets, I really like the fact that Zerorez does not use chemicals. Your pricing is also very resonable and the is no attempt to sell additional services once you arrive at my home. The carpets always come out exceptionally clean.

The young man who came here to redo my carpet was terrific. He worked hard to fix the issue from the original cleaning...and was a perfect representative for Zerorez. He is to be commended for his work ethic, his communication skills, and his professionalism.

I can see lines in my carpet that are cleaner than other areas. There are still stains on the carpet. I know these stains come out because I can use my 'spot scrubber' to clean them, but I don't want to do that through the entire living room, that's why I called you. I think the dude who cleaned my carpets wanted to get home because it was the end of the day and he didn't take enough time to clean them properly. He was very quick and friendly, and the bedrooms look nice but the living room needs to be cleaned again.

I like your service, but you push alot of extras when you arrive. My friend who also used you said the same thing yesterday when she used your cleaning svs.

It has been a week since my carpet was cleaned. So far I am pleased beyond measure with the results. I had a few ugly pet urine stains that are gone. My carpet looks and feels like new (it is approx. six years old). John, the service rep/cleaner, did a fantastic job. He was very nice, and thorough in making my carpet look great. I will be a repeat customer and will gladly tell my friends about your service.

No wet carpets after cleaning!

The technician was fast, neat and extremley courtious.

Several things:
*You're always on time.
*My carpets look like new after Zerorez has cleaned them. And, as advertised, there's absolutely no crunchy feel to the carpets or any chemical smell.
*Your employees are always courteous, neat looking, and eager to do a good job--which they always do!
*Your prices are reasonable
*And best of all, your employee left me a pair of blue booties to wear until the carpets dried! They were a real time saver because they allowed me to go into the rooms where the carpets had been cleaned and I could get housework done without having to wait until the carpets had dried.
