No chemicals used is important to me for health reasons. I have asthma and certain chemicals really can set off an episode. I will always use zerorez in the future and will recommend it to all of my friends.
Very professional, clean and prompt.
I had 3 rooms cleaned plus three area rugs. One room measured 304 sq.ft. The other two rooms were smaller and were only cleaned in the walking paths around beds. I was charged and extra $50 for the 4 sq.ft. over 300 in the larger room and don't feel that was justified because of the smaller sq.ft. areas in the other two room. The explanation was that there was an extra "set up" for each of the rooms regardless of the area cleaned. Sorry, but I disagree as the tech did not have to do any extra "set up". Seems to me anadjustment should be made in the cost.

Don't offer that fluoride product to prevent future carpet staining--now you sound just like everyone else. Thought the lack of chemicals did that.

The courteous service of the employees and the fact that no soap was used in the cleaning process. I was pleased with the way my rugs turned out and would highly recommend using Zerorez.

My carpet looks like when we first got it installed 4 years ago. It is gorgeous. All the stains are gone and no smell from our two dogs.

MY CARPET IS 17 YEARS OLD AND WHEN YOU WERE FINISHED CLEANING THEM THEY LOOKED ALMOST LIKE NEW. AND NO IKKY CHEMICALS TO CONTEND WITH. THE YOOUNG MAAN WHO DID THE WORK WAS VERY PROFFESSIONAL AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB.

There were a couple spots under my treadmill (should have moved the treadmill over a little) that should've been taken care of. Other than that, it's okay, and those spots don't show anyway. I'm just disappointed they weren't addressed or mentioned.
I am convinced that any positive comments I read online about Zerorez, were planted there by an employee. Like the ones that said the technician explained everything first- nope. Or the reviews that said the tech showed them the truck and how the system worked- NOPE. I asked about it and he treated me like I was crazy. He actually made me feel foolish for asking. The big yellow fans I read about- yes, they were in the truck alright, but they never came out. Much like the spots that were left behind. I hit those with some store bought spot remover this morning and they came right out. And how can you leave a quarter in the middle of my living room floor, and not even notice you missed that whole area? Because you were obviously not paying attention. That would explain why half my floor was soft and the other half is crusty and gross, as if it were pretreated and then forgotten about. And don't even get me started on the rugs. I have 2 rugs in my house, 8x10 feet. Neither of them are wool. I asked if he could go over one of them and he said no. He moved it out of the way and cleaned under it. Yet in the other room, he left it where it was and went over it, not touching the carpet underneath. I asked him to go over a spot before he left, and he explained that I was looking at the carpet from the wrong angle. I was talked down to and all of my questions were met with an "oh Kayyyy?" as if I had lost my mind.
However the most infuriating part of this is that I had my carpets done at 10 AM, and when I woke up THE NEXT DAY, my hallway was still damp. So much for 4-6 hours. I suppose that is what happens when you saturate the carpet but forget to go back over it. That was in my hallway, please note: the very hallway that I had to pay $57 extra for, even though when I made the appointment, I told the person the exact footage of my hallway and was given a quote and was assured there would be no surprise charges. I am furious. I feel duped. I feel taken advantage of. In today's economy, it isn't easy to just drop $307 on carpet cleaning, and I expected at least a decent job. But the joke is on you. My mom has a huge house and wanted to get her tile, grout, wool rugs, granite, and air ducts cleaned by you after she found out how mine turned out. So now you have lost 2 customers.
I fully intend to contact the BBB, and make sure my Facebook and Twitter friends hear about my experience with Zerorez as well. So thanks for asking how my experience went. I look forward to telling everyone I know.
We were very favorably impressed with Derek. He was professional and personable, and did an excellent job cleaning the VERY dirty carpets in our new home. He also convinced us to have our tile cleaned, so we'll be calling to make an appointment. The cleaning solutions your company uses on the carpets seem to work better than any we have used before. Knowledgeable technicians, they were able to explain the whole process of the "special"
water that was used very clearly. They worked quickly, showed & explained about problem
areas. The rugs & grout/tile look great.
I was very pleased with my carpet cleaning and especially with Joe Ruggeria who did the job. I can't say enough about the expertise and care he put into the job. He was respectful of my concerns and professional in his work. Explained everything ahead of time so there were no surprises.
