I like the idea of no chemicals in the cleaning process.

Your product/service worked. Alan cleaned an off-whie carpeting that had not been cleaned in three and a half years. While the carpeting still had evidence of existing stains, the high traffic areas that were almost black amazingly turned white again. Your exervice exceeded my expectations. Alan was consciencious, hard working, proud of his employer, and cared about the service he rendered. He needs a raise!

My wife uses your Multi-Surface Cleaner weekly and loves it. We have used Zerorez on numerous occasions and have always been more than satisfied with the work and most impressed with your people--they are prompt, courteous and very knowledgable .
Your carpet cleaner was very prompt and efficient and charismatic. The carpet isn't new but it came out looking fabulous. I would certainly use your services again and recommend you. Thanks for a great job.
Clean feeling, stay looking clean for a year.
The fact that chemicals are not used. Some of my carpet was extremely dirty and it looks almost new.
I was able to get the appointment I wanted and the prices are very reasonable. The service was great! The carpet and tile look new again!

I enjoyed the fact that no harsh chemicals or soaps were used on my carpets and I didnt have the odd smell after the carpets were cleaned. Additionally, the Technician was very personable and knowledgable. Thouroughly enjoyed the experience.

Arrival was in a timely manner and the job itself was done above and beyond
It works! My mother in laws carpet got as clean as it could.
The coffee stain was difficult but looks a lot better.
My carpet looks brand new. I tried many other services with less than satisfactory results and was recently told, by a friend, how happy they were and how their carpet continued to stay clean that out of desperation I called Zerorez. Needless to say I am not disappointed.
Also, Joe (the gentleman that cleaned the carpet) was professional and courteous and I will ask for him again. Thanks Joe!!!!
