We paid extra for the pet odor/stain remover and were assured by the technician that the small patch of dog urine in one of the bedrooms would be completely odor free (he said there might still be a little bit of a stain though). After the carpet was completely dry, I did a sniff test, and the surface odor was still very strong.
It's always disappointing to feel ripped-off by the upsell.

You're very good, but you're also very expensive. Almost $500 to get one room cleaned and a sofa and love seat. I was happy with the results but I $500 seemed a little steep to pay.

non-chemical cleaning

Zerorez did a pretty good job cleaning my carpets and I like the jug of special water that I purchased to clean up the spots from day to day living. I have had several companies clean my carpets, but this is the first time I can say "I'm satisfied".

We liked the fact that no chemicals were used and our carpets look great - even in the extremely high traffic areas that were long overdue for cleaning. Technician was on time, knowledgeable and friendly. We will happily recommend you to our friends!

hoses were not covered to prevent wall scrapes. we lost paint on at least two corners.
couple of spots we asked for particular attention and were not dealt with satisfactorily
only one man crew, no furniture. we expected same quality as last time we used you but this came up short.
if we had to request special attention to spots in front rooms. only then did john use gop stuff and make the effort to get the stains out.

we paid via reps smart fone. no invoice or receipt and we were told you would send us an receipt/invoice by email. no response in a weeks time.

Clean and very natural. Used the solution I bought to spot clean another area of carpet. It worked perfectly. You tech was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process to me.

courteous, on time worker. careful not to mar the walls when stringing the vac hose. slipped plastic sheet between the bed frame wheels and the carpet, preventing any possible rust spots on carpet. see you in five years or so.

My carpet is crunchy and I was under the impression that would not be the result. In listening to your ad on KFYI Barry Young always says there will be no residue and no crunchy carpet. That was why I chose your company.

We are very pleased with the carpet cleaning results. Your technician, Alan Fletcher, was very courteous, knowledgeable, and hard working. You should be proud to have him as an employee. He also gave us estimates for the remaining carpet needs and possible grout cleaning and sealing work. Please email if you plan on having any future specials for either/or both of those services.

Super clean carpets and friendly service.

We thought the person who did the cleaning was knowledgeable and professional. We also liked the fact that less chemicals would be used. However, overall we feel that our carpets did not get as clean as when we used other carpet services. In addition, there is a brown spot in our dining room (first room you see when you enter the house) that we think the cleaning person missed ...(we think this was a spot where he may have ended his cleaning and forgot to clean).

Fixing the brown spot in the dining room would be a good gesture. Not sure what to do about the rest.

I like the products because they clean stains, countertops, cabinets, etc. without leaving any residue or odor. Cleaned my carpets beautifully.

I very much liked the young man, Mark Essary, that you sent to our home. He was very polite and knowledgable of the product and was so good to explain the way the water worked on the carpet. The carpet is so clean, and new looking and the whole house just smeels so fresh. I like the fact that there are no chemicals in the carpet, especially with a little Westie with allergies. I like the fact that it is a "green product". I will be using this product again and again.

The products don't give off an odor like some of the carpet cleaning stuff. Jon Snider was very professional and courteous in here. The carpet was not crunchy when walking on it.

Really nice job of cleaning. I thought John Snider was a personable and competent a representative that you could have. I really enjoyed having him come and do such an excellent job.

I'm probably one of the few Property Managers in the Phoenix area that use Zerorez in between tenants. They are not the cheapest but they save carpet and extend the replacement by many years. I have been using Zerorez exclusively for >6 years.

While i believe the service is great-I feel that the pricing is high. I am not sure we would use zerorez again for that reason/
