the quick and efficient way it is applied
Zerorez cleaned our carpet really well. It looked almost brand new. In addition, the Service Rep was very nice and informative and did a great job.
We have rarely if ever had service ever exceed our expectations, but that is exactly what happened with Zerorez. We never thought our carpet would ever be so clean and were amazed as we watched it happen right before our eyes as the service agent cleaned the carpet and explained every step of the process and answered all our questions. We are definitely completely sold on the product and the service and will be recommending Zerorez to all our friends and neighbors. We will definitely being using your services again!

Service does what it says it will do - do a great job on your capets. They haven't looked ths good since they were new.

You advertised one price but the actual price was higher. You should be upfront to start with.

Professional representatives, excellent service and the way the carpet looks and feels 2 weeks later - just as clean and fresh as the day it was cleaned. My carpet is 15 years old (berber (sp?) carpet) and this cleaning made it look almost new again.
Zero chemicals! I was amazed at how clean our carpet was after the cleaning. The technician, John, was super nice and very courteous.

I like that no chemicals are used. Also, I like that carpet and tile cleaning are both offered and are done equally well. Combine these great products and services with professional and courteous technicians, and you have a great company that I will use again and refer to friends and family.

You train your techs to upsell and nickel & dime the client. It is ridiculous and leaves one feeling like they have been taken advantage of. I would much rather have a "real" and "accurate" price quote on the phone at time of booking.
