We have had steam cleaning done by a couple of other companies. From first appearances, it would seem their equipment was very much like yours. However, all similarities ended there. I would imagine the cleaning solution you use, and the extraction process are much better. When your representative (Cody) left, our carpet looked brand new. Stains the other companies could not get out were gone when you folks were through. Last but not least, Cody worked quickly & thoroughly, and left a very good impression.
We will be having you folks back, and will tell our friends.

I use you for all of my centers at work as well was my home. You guys always do an excellent job and Derek is amazing I have him come every time! Great job.
The finished carpets looked like new carpets. You do not use chemicals, and still the carpets came out amazingly clean. The service was friendly and efficient. You were recommended to us by friends and we have already passed on our recommendations to friends.
Closer estimates to what it is actual going to cost. Couldn’t get an actual estimate even on the properly.
Carpets and chairs (3) were very dirty and all of this dirt was removed. Both the chairs and carpets dried very quickly.
I like the idea that my technician, Jon Snider, was in uniform. Ne was very curtious, informative and knew about his product. He explained each step of the process he would be doing and went about doing the job in a very professional manner. The product used did not have much of a smell and it only took a short time for that scent to disappear. All in all I was very pleased with the overall cleaning of my carpets and they look wonderful the next day. I would be glad to call you for more service.
Our service was excellent from your tech, Joe Ruggiero on 1-5. So far, it seems to be all he said it would be. When we need our carpet cleaned again, I would like Joe to do it. I would like an estimate on cleaning the grout in the kitchen -- approximately 150 sq. ft.

YOUR STAFF WAS VERY POLITE, LET US KNOW EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS DOING AND WHAT PRODUCTS HE WAS USING. ONLY NEGATIVE...CARPET WAS EXTREMELY WET AND BUCKLED AND DIDN'T DRY UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. SEEMS O.K. NOW. HOPEFULLY YOUR CLAIM OF NO RESIDUE TO GET DIRTY HOLDS TRUE. WE WILL USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN. DEREK FIGURED A QUOTE FOR OUR TILE AND GROUT TO BE CLEANED IN FEBRUARY BUT IT WASN'T ON THE INVOICE. PLEASE SEND US THAT. THANK YOU.
Each time I have had the carpet cleaned I have been very happy with the result. I am not happy however with the price. You offer of $149 for three rooms is deceptive. There seems to be no room for negotiation. Example...when I recently had my carpet cleaned I only had three very small areas cleaned ie. a landing, a narrow path where people walk through our family room (I have a large area run that covers most of the room) and part of the living room. In addition I had the stairs cleaned,at an additional $85. The three small areas "were considered 3 rooms". I asked the technician if the stairs could be considered a room because the areas were so small and the technician said no. Then I also paid $75 for treatment of 2 pet urin accidents (small from a miniture ShitZu) That was overpriced again in my opinion. I could understand if I was having the entire cleaning area treated but it was two small areas. Every carpet cleaning company I have used in the past have measured the amount being cleaned and then of course charged another amount per stair. That I believe is fair. This does not seem fair. I have been a valued customer as you can see by my history with you. Each time my husband and I have removed furniture so that an entire room can be cleaned. This time I only wanted some small walk ways cleaned because my grandsons had made a mess with shoe polish on the landing and then tracked it into the other "walking areas". While I am very grateful that the technician worked hard as they all do cleaning my carpet and got the shoe polish out, it was still a small area in each room to be cleaned. It basically was a rip off. The technician gave me a $20 discount, which I appreciated, but really only covered the $14 Environmental Fee. That is another complaint I have. My personal opinion is that the Environmental Fee should be your expense. We all have personal expenses that come with running a business. As I understand it, the fee is something you are charged by the city for disposal of the water. That should be part of your business expenses. Again I will say that I have been very impressed with Zerorez. You have a great system for cleaning carpets and the technicians work very hard. I will recommend your company to my friends....with a caution about the price. I will tell them to move their furniture so the entire room can be cleaned, other wise they will not get their money's worth. I will also warn them about the additional fees that are tacked on each time. It should have only cost me a couple of hundred dollars for this job and instead it cost me $304. I am considering finding another company to clean my carpets!

After the carpet was dry there was still dark areas that must not have come clean all the way.
I like the fact that Zerorez using all natural ingredients in the cleaning process. The carpet dried quickly and looked like brand new. It also did not have that stagnant wet smell either. I was very impressed with the carpet and furniture cleaning.
Service was great. He explained everything and didn't seem bothered when I asked questions. You have made my carpet feel just the way it did when we purchased the house (new) in 2003. I appreciated that there wasn't any smell and it didn't feel like I was walking on shredded wheat when it dried. He got out a pepsi spell that 2 carpet cleaners couldn't do, plus my daughters Hoover and Electrolux,. I am so glad I choose you but I have to admit that Maria Night on Kool radio and Koi 1230 helped me choose more than anything.
Alan was professional efficient courteous. He explained your products. We are pleased with the cleanliness of our carpet. We hope to have Alan back to clean and seal our ceramic tile. We have recommended him to our neighbors. Our carpet looks great today!!

I love the service but it is definitely a bit on the pricey side! $500 to clean and protect 6 rooms of carpet is a bit much. There is too much of the carpet that doesn't get clean when it is a bedroom being cleaned. I think charging by square footage would be a better way to go.
Both different gentlemen who cleaned my two different homes did a more than through job. each was pleasant, courteous, and efficient. I believe that both locations looked and felt cleaner and nicer to the touch than from any previous type of cleaning. I was especially pleased with the fast drying and pleasant smell of the the products used.
