This is the best job we have ever had on our carpets. I thought I had completely ruined t5hem with my own spot cleaners and now they look like new. The product is really great! My carpets always come out clean, fresh, and dry so much quicker than other companies I've tried. I have my favorite techs but when they assign a new one, I'm always very pleased with their work and professional and friendly attitudes. Zerorez never disappoints me.

The technicians are always very well trained, professional and polite. I recently called on very short notice to have some serious pet stains removed. Thankfully Zerorez was able to send someone out the same day as I was leaving on vacation. Was doubtful the stains would completely come out, but the technician took his time and used the right products to completely lift out the stains. The carpet looks like new. Thank you Zerorez!
