The gentlemen who cleaned were very nice, explained the process and called my attention to spots that would not come up. So far I am very pleased with the cleaning process.

The technicians are always very well trained, professional and polite. I recently called on very short notice to have some serious pet stains removed. Thankfully Zerorez was able to send someone out the same day as I was leaving on vacation. Was doubtful the stains would completely come out, but the technician took his time and used the right products to completely lift out the stains. The carpet looks like new. Thank you Zerorez!

The service person was excellent - informative, polite and I feel did a good job.
I still have a ripple in my living room; an area in the master bedroom where I can still see the traffic pattern and an area in one of our offices that looks pretty much the same as before it was treated. I feel your price was higher than other methods might have been, so I was hoping for a brand new look, since our home is only 5 years old and there are just 2 of us living here!
Clean all areas - missed behind 2 doors know to have dog urine - noticed the next day when vacuuming / furniture being moved
Your product was everything that was advertised. I will never use any other carpet cleaning product because I have extreme senility to cleaning soaps, and this is the first time I have had my carpet cleaned and did not end up with a migraine headache. I am nothing less than ecstatic to have found your product.
