It was easy, the worker very professional, the result definitely met expectations, it dried quite rapidly and it looks good. Have a default in the carpeting which is getting worse, but that is the installers mistake. I would recommend Zerorez to friends.
Amazing results and courteous service
I have been using Zerorez for my carpet, upholstery, tile and natural stone counter cleaning since 2004. My carpet still looks new and my upholstery has never cleaned
so well. I also have been using your Empowered Water to clean surfaces daily. I couldn't
be happier with your company and my clean house after your techs leave!
they don't use any soap. The technician wore "booties" to keep the carpets clean!

I feel the pricing was very straighforward and fair. Absolute care was taken with my interiors and floors to ensure none of my corners were damaged while the service was being performed. It was VERY professional. I was not pressured but informed of what was possible and what might make sense for my needs. I was given a demonstration once they started, they even showed me what the difference was and explained the technology in laymans terms.
