The tech that came to our house was very nice and we felt very comfortable with him. He got out some wax that was on our carpet and I was very happy with that. I also was happy with the entire carpet and knowing that my one year old grandson could crawl around on it without any worry of chemicals being left on the arpet. I was very pleased by the service and would definately recommend you to my friends. Thank you for a wonderful job done!
The tech did not clean up the tile adjacent to the carpet that was cleaned. There was a large amount of water accumulated on the tile. Also, it would have been good to use corner protectors when snaking the corrugated hose throughout the house.
The second technician said he could not improve upon what the first techician did, even though he said the grout does not look clean. I used a white terry cloth towel to show him I could wipe dirt from the grout with a little elbow grease. Still disappointed in the outcome.
I am very impressed with your carpet cleaning . It has removed more of my stains that anybody else!!!

The service performed was on the high end of similar services of competitors. When calling in to ask questions, the person on the phone could not answer any questions.
The service was efficient even tho the Service Man had had troubles with his truck that day. (I think he was on his second truck & now that one was not working correctly when he arrived.) He was very knowledgeable about the product and explained how your product was much better that other products. My carpet was very stained and I had used Resolve to take spots out--he showed me the soap that was coming out of the carpet from that and the previous cleaning. He showed me on the parts of my carpet that was worn and thin and might not come back to original color because of the wear. He was patient with my questions. A Supervisor came with a replacement truck and helped finishing the job so they could do the necessary moving to the new truck. I was so impressed with the friendliness of your employees. I have encouraged my friends to call you Company when they need their carpets cleaned.
Service was great. Timely. Took care not to scratch the walls. Made a huge difference in the carpet and tile. Great value. Couldn't be happier.
