I like the fact that you don't use soap that will trac dirt. Our house in Surprise was cleaned 2 years ago and it still looks liek it was done yesterday, thats with 3 dogs!
Love Zerorez for discovering a way to eliminate soaps/detergents for carpet cleaning. My carpets appear as clean and bright as newly installed. Very professional technician!

This is the third time I have had your services. Besides doing a good job of cleaning, they are outstanding when it comes to being friendly and curtious.
It would be easier to say what I didn't like, because the answer would be nothing. The service was prompt, online estimate accurate, serviceman courteous and respectful, the job well done.
On time, efficient, courteous, job well done, and the rugs were not sopping wet when finished. Price not expensive for quality of work performed.

We requested your service in order to clean and extract a urine stain and smell. The smell has not been removed. We got the impression that the type of chemicals and process you use would remove the smell and stain. We think the technician may have forgot to use the chemical used to remove and disinfect the urine stain. Please let us know what we can do to resolve the issue.

The fact that there is no residue on the carpet after cleaning.
Possibly encourage extra fee if "high traffic" areas are in need special attention.
Your pricing on line does not match your invoicing price ( e.i. sofa online--$130.00 actual bill-- $160.00)Didn't realize that traffic areas only in three bedrooms constituted the three room limit so that we got to pay for an additional area. Small comparison --- last year had a standard carpet cleaning company do the identical work for a total cost of $ 128.00 the man was there for 1hr 15 min.Tried Zerorez after hearing the radio commercials and paid over $400.00 the man was there 1hr 30 min.Even if I subtract the sofa it is still over $100.00 more, I just don't see the value.
The technicians that came out to our office were courteous and arrived before our scheduled time. They were quick and efficient, our carpets look new again, in an office that is houses 15 pairs of dirty boots a day. Thank you Zerorez!

First of all, Joe is a great employee. He explained everything to us. He told us about your product and was amazed. We had a room that had hard stains and he explained it might not come out because it was red. He worked hard and it came out. He enjoyed Joe. It shows what kind of company you really are. I am glad our landlord is loyal to your company. I haven't seen clean like your company. Thank you for treating your customers with respect.

No chemicals
The technician was nice and he did a thorough inspection of the spaces to be cleaned before starting. He gave us updates throughout the cleaning process and let us see each room and described what he did before moving on. This was the first time we used Zerorez - we usually use Sears and I could tell Zerorez had not only picked up the new dirt, but the dirt and residue Sears left behind.
I waited to comment until the carpet was completely dry and vacuumed.... I did that this morning and put everything back in place.... It looks absolutely beautiful... I am extremely pleased.... I would recommend "ZEROREZ" to anyone... I also purchased your cleaning product.. I've tried it on a couple mirrors, I think I found something that will keep them streak free....Also tried it on woodwork, so easy and works great.... However, I have a question..... I can hardly carry the container... How in the world am I going to lift it to refill the spray bottle? I wonder if anyone else has had this problem...I sure need a solution for that... P.S. Alan was a delight....

I like the carpets better. They do not feel like grim on them and look brighter. I liked the young man and his wonderful can do attitude. He would be a good example for others on your work team and office staff. I plan on him coming back again.
They work using no chemicals. Was surprised the carpets AND the tile became much better looking, good to touch, and deeply clean.
Initially I was upset because the carpet took three days before the hills and valleys on the carpet went down but after everything dried, the carpet was so clean and alive Did, in fact, recommend my next door neighbor Mrs Moskowitz Hope in the future you have a coupon so we might be able to afford you more often Mrs Young
After just 2 weeks, my carpet is still fluffy and fresh and the air flights have already reduce the volume of dust in my house tremendously!
