Levi is the specialist who came to our house. He did a wonderful job on a floor that is textured and is very hard to clean. He was careful about our furnishings and did his job promptly and efficiently. We have used Zerorez successfully for several years and will continue to do so.

I have already spread the word that Zerorez is the best carpet cleaning and tile cleaning that I have ever had. For years I was told that my tile was too old and that it was the best cleaning that could be done. With Zerorez, I got a whole new floor! I've never seen my kitchen look so good, like the tile was just installed. And the same goes for the carpets, they look fantastic. Great job Zerorez! The carpets look like new.

My cost was over $300, I wasn't expecting the cost of each spot to be so high. The room was only $80 and we have a huge bedroom, the area rug was only $70 but the spotting really added to the price. I did not ask the cost of spots when I called so it was my error. I loved the carpet when it finally dried. The gentleman who did the work was very professional and quick.

The tech was very timely and did a fabulous job! He was friendly and courteous, too! My carpets looked great when he was finished. I like the fact that there is no soap residue left on my floors since I have a baby that is beginning to roll around and crawl. You guys are AWESOME!!!!

The carpet looks great and I love the fact that it dried within 2 days. (Last time I had my carpet cleaned by another company, it took a week to dry, and high traffic areas looked dirty again in a couple of months.)I was surprised at all the dirt that was brought out of the carpet, and appreciated that the tech explained all that was going on. The cost of this amazing technique is a little expensive for my budget, but I will be saving my money for the next phase of cleaning -- my tile.

I was told I would get 3 rooms cleaned for $99.00. Over the weekend I cleaned 2 of the rooms that werent that bad. I asked if a hallway can be considered a bedroom and was told NO. It's no more sq. ft. than a large bedroom but was told "can't do it". The I asked if I could pay alittle more and do the stairs in place of a room. Again was told no, that stairs were $5.00 each. But! that did not include spot remover which is $75.00 per gallon! I was told I would need 2 gallons. I paid $130.00 and only had one room and 14 stairs done! I guess there is no room to work with the customer with you guys. I've used other companys before and the customer service was always very good. It seems that you guys throw out a reasonable price and then hammer them on any extra's that you can. It's a tough economy right now, I wish I would have given the work to someone else.

No soap to leave residue and no harsh chemicals was the #1 reason I chose Zerorez. They were not able to get one stain out of the carpet but neither had two other companies that tried. However the rest of the carpet throughout the house looks great! We are all at a disadvantage because I don't know what made the stain. It appeared one day after my cleaning lady had been here. It looks like it may be an oil based stain of some sort.

The carpet was CLEAN and has stayed clean looking. I am just amazed. The representative were knowledgeable, friendly and very courteous.

My 10-year old carpets are clean! I was thinking I need to get rid of the carpet but Zac and Tobias made the carpet look sooooo good. I also like the special water I bought. It's great on glass - doesn't leave any streaks. Even my husband was impressed.

Enviroment fees? BS very deceptive with online prices....make sure to doule click everything... If not for the awesome service tech that came to my house (Jim) the experience would be a total loss. Office management is horrible.

First of all the technician Buddy was so nice and explained all the things that was wrong with the carpet and what can be done for it. Also I had another carpet cleaning done 4 months ago by a very well known company. Compare the two Zerorez won hands down. The carpet smelled so good not chemically, it was so clean and white. And dried within 3 hours. I recommend this company to anyone that appreciates hard work, clean smelling carpet and getting what you paid for.

Totally cleaned my white color loop carpet. Not having any soap residue in the carpet seems to keep the carpet looking clean a lot longer than traditional carpet cleaners.
