How friendly your staff is, right from the initial phone call. Zack was my technician and was very willing to inform as well as chat for a minute when he finished.

Carpet looks and feels cleaner, and love the fact that there is no residue. Also love the solution I bought to clean windows, granite, etc.
I liked how clean my carpets are now! I have cream carpets that have gotten very dingy over the last 8 years. There was a very distinct line in my carpet between my high trafic area and my protected areas under my couches and now that line is almost unnoticable. I am very pleased.
I would, however, recommend that your technician be more realistic with his time estimates. After viewing all the areas I needed to have cleaned, he said it would only take 1 1/2 hours. It took almost 3 hours. I did have plans for that evening and we barely made it. Otherwise, it has been a great experience.

Your technician Johnathan was very professional and did a great job for us. Seems a little pricey at the regular rate, but it may be worth it if it holds up better than other attempts.
I like that you don't use chemicals, however, I think your services are very expensive. I am having buyers remorse for buying the cleaning package. My floors are clean and I like that. Your crew is great!

The pet stains were spread instead of coming out like I was told. I feel that extr $135 wss wasted unless the urine comes out with second cleaning.
The person did not clean the water spilled on the wood floor. It left a lot of marks on the floors adjacent to the carpets. He said he would clean it before he left but, when I went back to look, I saw the mess and I had to clean it up myself.

I like that you don't use any harsh chemicals and that the dirt is extracted with steam. My carpets look brand new. John was certain that any dirt on the carpet would be removed, and it was. Now that the carpet is completely dry I can really see the difference. Zerorez is very professional and I will tell all my friends.
The men were very helpful and friendly. They paid special attention to detail around the baseboards and furniture. They made a special effort to work on removing spots. The product made these old carpets look like new.

Friendly, personable staff both over the phone and the operator who worked in our home. Clean professional appearance of workers. And the cleaning difference especially on our tile was night and day almost literally. Thanks again, we will be using this service again in the future.
Not sure--Cleaned carlet istoo new to see how well cleaning worked (I've not let anyone walk on it yet). Pricing was a bit deceptive--i wanted a LR/Dr done and the stairs; I was under the assumption this was the "three rooms" for $119; it ran me almost $200 instead. On the fother hand, service was prompt, scheduling was immediate, and technicians were friendly and professional.
The fact that your products are NONTOXIC means a lot to me as I am very sensitive to chemicals and don't want them in my home for any reason. I try to live a green lifestyle as much as possible.
Your carpet cleaning tech was prompt,friendly,and professional. Buddy made certain that the equipment did not scratch the walls or bump furniture in this small residence and he answered my questions and offered helpful information about your company. Although the carpeting was installed nearly nine years ago, your cleaning process made it look new again! The service tech (Alan) was courteous & professinal. He took time to answer my questions and explain product/process. The thorough cleaning of carpet/grout exceeded our expectations. We've tried various carpet cleaning companies but have never obtained the results that Zerorez delivered.
