Your service tech was friendly and knowledgable about our floors. He was very efficient and our floors look amazing! It also took less than an hour to dry. Loved everything!

My carpets turned out soft and clean. Even the 16 year old carpet turned out nice.
Overall I am very satisfied, however the tech ran out of spot treatment on the last room and was not able to get all the spots. :(

Yesterday my carpets were very professionally and thoroughly cleaned. After the carpeting dried, there were no returning spots that happens when carpets are not properly done.Will be using Zerorez again to clean my two oriental rugs.
