I liked how quickly I was able to get an appointment, how I was called to confirm the date and time and that the technician was prompt, courteous and professional. We have a carpet that is on its last legs. The thorough cleaning make it look presentable again. I wanted to wait till next year before I bought new carpeting and having Zerorez clean them gave it an extended life. I have used Zerorez for about 8 years and have always had great service.

The Zerorez tech stayed in communication with me and showed up on time. I incorrectly booked my job (online) and to my surprise, my actual bill came out lower than I had expected. As always, there were the attempts to upsell other cleaning products and services, but when I declined there was no additional pressure. The tech did a great job and my carpets dried quickly and are clean. I was extremely happy with my experience with Zerorez and would recommend them to my friends.
Your technicians seemed to rush the job and did not remove one of the major stains we had in the carpet. I was able to remove the stain afterwards with some stain remover for $1.50!!! Disapointed in the results.

Excellent. My white sectional looks great! I have used steam cleaning and Chem-dry in the past, and Zerorez had the best result. Zack took his time and did a great job. He honored the quote I was given over the phone. I will definitely use Zerorez again and recommend it to my friends.

The technician was able to clean the pet smell out of the carpet, but the carpet still appears to be discolored from dirt in other places. The Technician did not seem to work on other areas except for the pet stain.
The service was quick but for the price, I could have had any other company come out and clean my carpets 2 or 3 times.
We can still smell an odor and our pets (potty trained) are still smelling odors and occasionally having accidents. We can not leave them unattended in the carpeted areas.
