The fact that you use no soap. I like that you give out foot covers so we can walk on the carpet right away. I like thta it dries quicker.
After hearing numerous ads on the radio about how effective Zerorez is, I decided to have them come to clean my carpets. The tech came out on 11/12, and was professional and courteous and cleaned the hallways and great room in about 30 minutes. He told me the dry time would be about 5 - 6 hours. I noticed a musty smell in the carpets soon after but figured the smell would fade upon drying of the carpet. Unfortunatly after the drying was complete it still smelled musty. I was rather disappointed with the outcome, I was hoping the cleaning would leave the carpet smelling fresh however that is not the case. The carpet is only 6 months old so it's not like there has been a lot of traffic on it. I would like to have a service manager call me back to see if there is anything Zerorez can do about the smell. Have tried the cleaner on my laminate flooring and it streaked quite a bit. Tried using just a little and then tried a little more, but I just couldn't get it free of streaks. I will try again, but so far I can't say I'm too happy about your cleaner on lamenate flooring. Hopefully it will work but on other things.
Products worked quickly and removed all our stains!!! And the service guys were very thorough and knowledgeable!

It has only been 1 day since the carpets were cleaned so I can't comment on how well the cleaning lasts/wears, but they look great right now. The service man was professional and courteous. So far so good . . .
Vacuum along base boards more thoroughly. I found debris along some of the boards upon completion.
The two young men who were here were very knowledgeable about their products and I was so impressed at how clean my carpets and furniture looked when they were done.

I wanted to wait around two weeks to respond. I have been waiting for all the spots to come back. They NEVER came back. All the carpets look pretty new for being 15 years old. I will absolutely use Zerorez again, as soon as I need them done again. I have also referred you on to all my friends.
Both the carpet and more recently tile/grout cleaning was quite thorough and efficiently done. We appreciated the calls prior to coming to the job -- all very well done.

I was told on the phone that only one person would be coming to my house to clean the carpets, and therefore, would not be able to help move the furniture. Two guys arrived and certainly could have helped with moving the heaviest pieces. My husband and I are older and it is tough for us to move the furniture easily. We have used Stanley Steemer in the past and they always help move the futniture. It is likely that we will return to them for this reason.
The measure of a company is not only in doing the job right but making things right if something goes wrong. I have used Zerorez for 10 years because "it does stay cleaner longer". Last time they came, a hose broke in my house and there was some water damage. I was unavailable when this happened and they did everything necessary to keep the damage contained and begin restoration without standing around worried that they couldn't find me for permission. They cleaned up after themselves spotlessly and fixed the damage in less than 2 days. Wish I could get all workmen to respond like they did. Still going to use them even though I came home to a hole in my ceiling becasue they fixed it and the carpet and tile are REALLY clean. First name removed Murphy
Oh man that was an embarrassing situation... Luckily we were able to get someone out there quickly and get that taken care of for you! But, we are so glad that you were happy with your carpet and tile cleaning once again, we sure do enjoy working with you!

The clean, odorless results are great, makes the home much fresher without any added scents.
No chemical cleaners, but a little pricey!
the rug in my living room is now two different colors. the sofa has white lines across the entire length of the sofa from the cleaning. unacceptable.

Not switch appointment from 2:00-6:00 to 12:00-2:00 and the girl was rude when I mentioned it. Other than that your service guy was very professional and did a great job.
