We were not asked or told about the carpet protection charge. We would like a credit for the charge. By the way, we called in this morning to voice our complaint and were told that our call would be returned later in the day. We received no call!!!

My carpets dried quickly, and they were soft, not stiff like they are after being cleaned by other carpet cleaners. All spots were removed. The young man cleaning was very professional and thorough.
