The dirt in my carpets really got sucked out with your machines! The 2 guys who came (I think Cody and Brian?) were awesome! Very friendly! I bought a bottle of your cleaner too! I planned to have 3 rooms plus 1 cleaned....I ended up having 2 extra rooms - a total of 6 because I liked how clean they looked after they did the first couple of rooms.
The carpet looks good and I am happy with the cleaning but I was shocked at the cost. I spent $853.00. I didn't move any furniture so it was really just traffic areas. That is a ridiculous amount to spend. I like to get my carpet cleaned every 3-4 months but I won't be doing that with you all.
No chemicals to mess up carpet after cleaning.
Be more upfront with the pricing. I think the wording for the hallway is rated at an extra $2 but it should actually say $2 a square foot hence the extra money I was charged and the same for the $25 for stain resistance treatment should state per room. I had no problem with the service would do it again but was very disappointed with the pricing stated on the website.

There are no smelly chemicals used, when dry my carpets are soft like when they were new, and most importantly, they come out very clean

Your online scheduling system is bad. I requested 8a-10a, I get a call saying they will be there from 10a-2p. I said I can only do that if they show up close to 10a since I have to be away from work. The scheduling manager said the technician would call me once he got to his first job and let me know how long it would take. That never happened, so when he called and said he was 10 minutes away, I told him I wasn't home and that he was supposed to call from his first job. I'm assuming it wasn't his fault, but the scheduling manager who probably never told him to do that. I was 30 minutes away and he waited for me.
