The service was excellent however I feel $130 to clean the upholstery on a sofa is excessive.

The grout on the bathroom floors did not clean as well as other areas.
The carpet cleaner explained what he would and how is would do it. Our bedroom carpet was an absolute mess and NOW it looks like new.
I like the fact that you only use high alkaline water to clean. It really cleans the carpet thoroughly.I have had my carpets cleaned by other companies,and no one comes close to the zeroez way of doing it. My wife has her test of carpet cleaners,she vacuums it after a few days from being cleaned to see how well it fluffs up, she was impressed.It has been about 3weeks that we had the service,it will be interesting to see our final test and that's how will it look after 3or 4 months? we shall see...
I liked the fact that they don't use any chemicals and definitly accomodated my request for an appointment date.

I'm very happy with how clean my carpets and throw rugs look and feel. The price was less than the other places I have tried and the results have been spectacular. I heard about Zerorez on my radio station and finally decided I would try them. I also was very happy I could buy the liquid. It cleaned my car window beautifully and my screen door. I can’t wait to use it on my tile floors.
The service is always great! Our carpets look amazing and there is no smell in the house. We only use Zerorez.

Take better precautions to eliminate damage to walls and paint. My freshly painted walls were damaged. Chips in wall and paint scraped. Carpets came out great, technician was great.
