I never felt I was getting anywhere near the price advertised.

The difference in the grout and carpet is unbelievable. I thought we had gray/blue carpet but in reality we have BLUE carpet! There were stains (like spilled paint) that I thought would never come out which are now gone. Carpet that was thought to be on it's last leg has now been given new life! Plus the Technician Mark Essary was completely AWESOME! What a friendly, professional employee to have on your team! He should be a manager or something!
Zack, the technician was very friendly, prompt for service, and worked hard to do a good job. We had a very dirty family room and he did an excellent job getting that cleaned. This is the second or third time we have used Zerorez and will continue to use them in the future.
Promptness, clean,neat employee, efficiency, politeness, thoroughness in cleaning, no short cuts. The young man who came to our house( Buddy) was a pleasure to have working in our home. All this and the carpeting looks great.

The treated water sanitizes and removes stains more effectively than anything else on the market and leaves no residue. The technicians are professional and courteous. The price is more than reasonable.

Everything was fine. I hesitate to recommend people or products but I would certainly say that I was very pleases with your product. It was as good if not better than any carpet cleaner I have ever used.

The service technician treated our home like it was his! The carpets came out great, were totally dry in a couple hours, and we even added the floor cleaning for the tile and grout. Couldn't be happier, unless you did it free, but you wouldn't be around long enough for us to use again, which we most definately will!
Technician's customer service was excellent. Price was very steep. Couple pee stains were tough to get out and are still visible. Rooms with pee stains smell worse than before.
Your team worked unbelievably hard to get my carpet cleaned, and it worked, looks like new. And the products we purchased are amazing to clean with, will definitely have you back!
I have no suggestion. The carpet looked great. Better than I expected. It looks, feels and smells clean, like new! I wanted to vacuum every day to keep it that way but I'll have to settle for once per week. Now I want to see how long it remains clean compared to other cleaning company's work. If it remains clean longer, then I will definitely recommend Zerorez to others.
