The workers called to say they were on the way. They cleaned the carpets in all the rooms and did their best to get the stains out. They eliminated even the older stains. The carpets looked very nice when finished.

Very professional and helpfull staff; our tile grout looks almost new after 10 years with no extra effort or special services. Carpet dried quickly with no residue. We will definitely use Zerorez again.

Everything was very clean but have questions about carpet it is stiff and still shows the tracks left by cleaning equipment even after vacume twice. Makes me wonder how long before they go away or pickup dirt?
