Gets out the stains. No chemicals.
Tech was very friendly, worked very hard, and did great deal for doing our entire house. He was very polite, very clean, and our carpets, stairs, and formal dining chairs looked brand new!
Loved Johnathan. He kept my daughter entertained while he did the carpets. He cleaned a smiley face for her. He explained everything to us and was very concerned with our needs.
The 2 guys were very professional and took there work very serious.
I was nicely surprised by how nice they looked and acted. Also there language and interaction with each other was very good.
As we discussed options for my carpet I could tell they believed it their product and it wasn't just an "up-sell".
I asked about getting my grout cleaned ( they were setting up) and had had the process explained I was convinced
it would be worth the money, and it was!

The workers where very profesional and the job was done in a timely mannor.
I was a little dissatisfied on how the priceing was explained on the phone compaired to the was it was explained by the workers.
It works!!!! My carpets looked so bad we were contemplating having to get new carpeting. After zerorez cleaned them, you would never know. They look brand new!
Mark and Casey were true professionals, knowledgable and friendly. They did an amazing job in a short period of time. I am truly blown away by how good my carpet looks. Zerorez is the only company we will ever use in the future.

1. let people know that if they have surface sealers on stone floors that your process may not remove it. tell them they need to have someone use an orbital to remove it before you do your thing.

Brian did a great job cleaning our tile and carpets. He was very friendly, patient and hard working. We had just purchased this home and the tile and carpet had not been cleaned or taken care of. We were not sure if we were going to have to replace carpet due to the amount of dirt in high traffic areas. The dirt lifted well. The carpet does not look brand new but is definately livable now. The grout on tile was black and is now back to original color. We purchased empowered water and love it. This is our second time using Zero Res and are very happy with results both times. Zero Res is a little pricey but seems to be the best. Thank You Brian for your help cleaning our new home before we moved in. I do have before and after pics if you are interested. Professional company. Did a great job at my house. Two clean-cut gentlemen, Allen and
Casey did my home. I was very pleased with them and their service.
First time I had my carpet cleaned, and the corners were done so well.
The price was a little more than I expected to pay, but I will have you again
as I got what I paid for.
What might work against you in some instances is your price. There aren't many who could afford to pay a higher price when there are so many competitive lower quotes per sq.ft.
You a do an excellent job though and I appreciate your work.

My carpet really looked like new, my guests asked if I had new carpet, along with the rest of the remodel we had done!
No Soap
This is the second time I've had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez and Joe was my technician both times. Very nice and professional guy. The service is excellent. I have a pet urine problem -- last time Joe was able to completely get rid of the smell. This time he said you have an even better product, however, the smell is still there. I will let it air out a little longer, but may need to treat it again.
The technician was an absolute professional and a credit to your company. I am posting his bunsiness card at my workplace and recommending Zerorez to everyone I know who may use the service. My couch and my rug are looking brand new!

This was the second year we had our carpets cleaned with Zerorez. Both times we were impressed with how clean the carpets came out and the professionalism of the young man who cleaned the carpets.

All natural NO chemicals or soaps. Your technician was just so sweet and professional. He did a good job on the bedroom carpet! He got the stains out that 2 other carpet cleaning companies could not! He did not use any high pressure sales tactics and I did not feel any "pressure" to buy extra! The cost was just slightly higher than the other companies, however, it was sooooo very worth it! I will have you back in the Spring!
