I particularly liked that ZeroRez does not use a lot of chemicals hence the carpet looked, smelled, and felt much nicer after the cleaning and dried a lot quicker. I've been in my house two years, and had the carpets cleaned when we first moved in. The carpet throughout is a short-pile shag carpet that is in good condition. The carpet was cleaned by Zerorez three weeks ago, and the most remarkable result was how much higher and softer the pile became after cleaning. That effects remains, even in the high traffic areas. The carpet looks and feels wonderful! So far I am delighted with the result and will use this company again.

Good customer service. Explanation of how the process works. Professional dress and friendly. No soapy smell. Carpet dried quickly with fans. Carpet was soft after dry.
