It worked even on a red wine and olive oil stain from 2 years ago! No chemical residue or smell. The two guys that cleaned the carpets were very polite and professional and very efficient. Zerorez exceeded our expectations in every way. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to friends and family!

don't try to milk me with more services...dont appreciate telling me how "dirty" my sofas were. Also, one of the workers broke the pull down chain for the ceiling fan trying to turn it off and didnt tell me...just left the broken piece on the coffee table. My ceiling fans are controlled by remotes and he should have asked me to turn the ceiling fan off instead of trying on his own. Didnt even bother to tell me. Bad!!!

Quit trying to nickel and dime with with the prote3ctive spray and upholstery cleaning.
Overall the quality is good but I finally told the kid...quit trying to get me to buy more!
My carpets are so clean, I am amazed. I have both wool carpet and synthetic carpet and quite a few old Persian rugs. I had all of them cleaned and am so pleased with the results. The technician was knowledgble, clean-cut and on time. I will absolutely your Zerorez again and will recommend you to others.

Serviceman early to the job, dressed neatly, very polite and accomodating. Worked quickly, quietly, helped me move furniture, redid spots I asked him to and left quickly and neatly.
Their chemical free and the service tech was knowledeable and very sociable
I found the two employees who cleaned our carpet to be extremely pleasant,informative and conscientious workers. My carpet looks great. I have owned many investment homes and used traditional carpet cleaners over the years, but the dirt seemed to always resurface in a short period of time. The non residue chemistry that is used by Zerorez leaves the carpet clean and chemical free for a long period of time.

The carpets came out great. The service technicians were friendly and respectful of my furniture and other household belongings and they finished cleaning all capet areas within a reasonable time frame. I just wish the price was a little cheaper.

Everything that's advertised it true. With other products or services the carpet "feels" like it's been "shampooed". Traffic stains re-appear within a few days. But with Zerorez none of these things happen!
