A very professional technician completed the work at our home. He was thoughtful and very thorough in his explanation of your process. In all my carpeting cleaning experience I don't think I have ever been as pleased.

1) The carpet actually appears "new"
2) There was no "stiff" feeling to the carpet after it dried....felt just like it would new
3) I was very impressed with the helpfulness of the person who answered the phone on my initial call.
4) I was also very impressed with the young man who came to perform my service. He was very informative about the process and stopped several times so that I could actually see the difference between the cleaned and dirty areas.
5) The price was comparable to what I had been paying to another service in the past, but the results were WAY different! I am anxious to see how well it wears.

I like the concept of minimum or no soap. The carpets are thoyoughly clean and preserved with what I beieve is minimal damage to the basic carpet makeup, fibers etc. The service by your representative was thorough and good. thank you Name removed

The water method seems very safe. Other than wet carpet for a few hours, I think I'll pick another time of year to do this again, no complaints.

Carpeting cleaned up nicely, men were prompt and careful as they worked in my house. No residual odor or chemicals for my dog to inhale or pick up on her paws and get sick.

Not to get capet so wet. It took 9 hrs. & in spots it still was not dry. I sure hope the pad & carpet is not ruined.

I was happy with Mark who came to my house today to try and fix the problem from my actual service call yesterday.Even though I am pregnant and angry he and Romeo were very nice and took their time explaining to me the problem. They were very calm and represented your company in a great way. Two thumbs up for them.

However ....

I feel like the guy yesterday (I think they said his name was Joe) totally upsold me and gave me false information. I feel like he made the urine problem worse and told me "you won't be able to smell it at all and I'll spray it with something to deter the dogs from peeing there again." EVEN THOUGHT THERE WERE NO STAINS. But today Mark said, "that spray doesn't exist and there is no garuntee on removing pet odor. We can only apply it to the spot." I most likely would not have done the pet odor spray if I had known that ... because there were no visible stains.

before this incident I have referred customers to zerorez. And i might refer them in the future. I probably will continue to use you myself in the future but I WANT SOMEONE ELSE to come to my home who is truthful and doesn't just upsell me. I understand informing a customer about things that might help them or they might need if they don't know. I'm in sales. I get that. But I feel like I was flat out lied to and it is misrepresentation of a product and the company.

They take extra care not to mess up the corners with their hoses by using they plastic edge things. They always call before arrive so I'm not held hostage waiting all day for them to arrive. I think Cody is nice and very professional.
