I was very pleased with the results of the carpet cleaning, however the tile did not come out as well as I would have liked.....but I do understand the explanation provided that the oils or whatever was spilled on the grout had now absorbed into the grout itself....I was very satistied with the service provided by the rep...

Your tech (Eric Storm) was very thorough and professional. The process last longer than other carpet cleaners that we have used. This was our third service from Zerorez and we do not intend to use anyone else!

They worked and the carpet is almost like new again...There are a couple of spots that the carpet seems a little rough or corser; but I figure that maight be do to wear. I had the pet treatment done and although there was some order when the job was done, it did vanish a day later, and no spots are visible. The tech was very through and polite.

I like that my rugs do not feel like there is a residue on them after your services. The gentleman that came to my home was kind, friendly and professional. I was able to schedule an appointment within an appropriate time frame.

Our tile grout was so dirty (black) that I didn't think it would come clean, but to my surprise it almost looks like new! The service was great and the worker was very nice and informed.
professionalism of staff and call from company when serviceman is on his way with his name. The serviceman did not try and push sales of other products while having my floors cleaned, he mentioned them and when I didn't want any, he didn't try to push them on me. I have had my carpets cleaned 6 months ago and they are still soft with no residue, and now my tile/grout cleaned and it looks amazing! I will continue to call this company for all my floor cleaning needs!
I like that chemicals are not used and that there is no residue that attracts dirt.
The carpet/tile cleaning is fantastic but the price is very high. I usually only recommend services if they are a really fantastic deal.
