Have already recommended Zerorez to 2 friends. Technician was great and really did a wonderful job. Was skeptical about the zerorez advertising claims, but now think they really were on the conservative side. You have a Zerorez customer for as long as we have carpet in our home.
Technician was on time, the product worked and I'm very happy with how clean my carpet and especially how clean my tile and grout are! :)

The service technician was great. He was friendly and professional, and I was comfortable with him working in my home. I did notice a slight crunchiness to the carpets after they had dried. It didn't bother me very much, but I belive you specifically advertise that there is no crunchy residue afterwards, so I wanted to mention that was not true in my case.
I like the way the carpet feels after cleaning. I also like the combination special with carpeting & tile.
Your agent was very knowledgeable and provided information on proper care of our tile floors. He was diligent in his work and performance was outstanding. I will request him for any future needs.
