Your representative was very polite and gave a great impression the way he was dressed and how he prsented himself. He was very informative an did an excellent job on our extremely soiled carpet, tile and furniture. We were totally surprised how well it all turned out. However, we do have a small area in the kitchen that still has soiled grout. We have invited neighbors and family to come and see the difference. Thank you. Pat Jensvols

To expensive for what you do
You did a great job on the carpet. You kept me informed about the tech's arrival. He showed me problem areas and told me how they would deal with it. The tech was very professional and pleasant.
No residue
Everything. The service was excellent, and my carpets were dry within 4 hours.
Well one of the rooms completed was really wet after the tech was done and took longer to dry which
Wasn't the problem - the second room was a lot dryer which I do not feel was clean there was dirt that came up.
The tech stated our carpet was not bad and did not need extra care.

The fact that Zerorez doesn't use chemicals to clean is a big deal in our house. Everything we do is organic and we don't what chemicals in our house for us and our 6 month old girl to be breathing.
Services are very reasonable and many options to fit your budget.
That NO harsh chemicals are used and my carpet dries by day's end.

I'm not sure. The Technicians were wonderful, very personable and polite. However, I have one room that seemed clean at first but after about a week it is no longer clean. So it seem that your technology only worked on 75% of my carpets. And strangely enough it is not the carpet they said was the worst.
Charge of $5 per stair is too much.
